Wynter is very relaxed so to speak and will hardly do anything unless he wants to. Sure some might call it lazy but he prefers to think he is saving up energy for the on coming fights. He has a big heart for his squad and is always joking around with them....sometimes going to the length of scaring them! But no matter what he'll put his Squad before anyone else....well maybe not before some things. In battles he is calm and will always smile as if to show he isn't scared of the end results, some will find him mad but others will find him full of spirit.
However he is filled with pain after meeting his sisters killer and will stop at nothing to gain power to kill the leader of the Espada, Mother. He plays cool and calm most of the time and often uses actions instead of words, he knows he turned his back on his squad and the ones he loves but he knows they would only get in the way. The laws wouldn't let him try to gain more power fearing he might get to strong and try to over take Soul Society.

Physical Description:
He has light purple hair with a ponytail tied down and deep green eyes. He wears a normal shinigami uniform with his white captain haori(Sp?) but the uniform has short sleeves while the Haori has long sleeves that reach pass his hands. Wynter has a thin frame with lean muscles giving the enemy the look he doesn't have high physical strength.

Liuihime (Means Gypsy Princess)
It looks just like a normal Katana but with with no guard. The hilt has a black and white wrapping. The shelve is snow white . The blade is pure black with a white lining.

The Sword will be covered in a bright light and once it fades it will have changed the weapon. The hilt will be a bit longer but the blade will have melted away and left behind a black sword but the odd thing about this is that it is always moving like a liquid. The sword can grow on command, it can bend and it can break apart, if the enemy hits it it will be like a liquid. However on the command 'Form' it will become a solid in the shape he wants it to be in. It could be a shield or even a dagger, however he can not use range attacks in this mode. With the words 'Melt' it will return to its normal state, but be warned he can use both together in a combo. Such as making the Liquid shoot out at the enemy but just making the tip solid he can impale them or cut them. Its now been shown that bits can break off to protect him like at a sword point or a bullet. It can also all break into bits and cover him changing his looks so as to hide from people.
Bankai:
Both Wynter and Liuihime will be covered in a gold light (It matters not if Wynter is holding her) and Liuihime will melt away making a puddle of golden Liquid at his feet. Once the gold light is gone from him, he will be dressed in a rust colored cloak with a hood drawn up. By now the gold liquid at his feet will have expanded to about a large lakes worth, able to fill half the Soul Society even through it doesn't look like it. It can expand if needed. However Wynter will not use all the Liquid at one time, if he is drawn to that then Liuihime will come into there world. If she is killed then he will return to his normal state and the sealed sword will break in half and will melt into nothing.
He can move the Liquid with his mind and his movements, able to drown someone if a single drop gets into there mouth. If they are covered in the stuff he can pierce anywhere it is touching making this a deadly weapon. However he will not be able to attack as well at close range, but getting close to him might be deadly due to the pool of the Liquid moving around his feet. Cause he can impale them rather easy when they get close due to he can make any part of the Liquid Solid.

1. Restrain (塞, sai?) -Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Crawling Rope (這縄, hainawa?) -An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
8. Repulse (斥, seki) -Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it
9. Strike (撃, geki?) -Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Incantation: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!
12. Fushibi: -A net formed from an attachment point on the caster, can be small or large depending ong the reiatsu force behind it.
26. Curving Light (曲光, kyakko) -Hides the target from sight, presumably by bending light.
30. Beak-Stab Triple Beam (嘴突三閃, Shitotsu Sansen) - Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.
37. Suspending Star (吊星, tsuriboshi) -Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.
39. Arc Shield (円閘扇, enkosen?) -Summons a shield of energy to block opponents' attacks.
58. Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows (摑趾追雀, kakushitsuijaku?) -Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.
Incantation: Heart of the south, eye of the north, finger of the west, foot of the east, arrive with the wind and depart with the rain.
61. Six Rods Prison of Light (六杖光牢, rikujōkōrō?) -Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. Referred to as "Six Rod Light Restraint" in the English manga and "Six Bars of Light" in some of the games.
Incantation: Carriage of thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six.
62. Hundred Stepped Rails (百歩欄干, hyapporankan?) -A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile.
63. Winding Binding Chain (鎖条鎖縛, sajō sabaku?) -The target is wrapped from the neck down in a thick chain.
73. Tozansho: -Forms and upside down pyramidal barrier. Has yet to be defined as to what exactly it can keep out.
75. Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars (五柱鉄貫, gochūtekkan?) -Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground.
Incantation: Walls of iron sand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end.
77. Heavenly Rickshaws in Silken Air (天挺空羅, tenteikūra?) -Transmits messages to anyone within a specific area. In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages.
Incantation: Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly through the heavens.
81. Splitting Void (斷空, dankū?) -Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. According to Byakuya, it is capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89.
99, Part 1. Restrict (禁, kin?) -Binds the arms of a target with spiritual fabric and iron shafts.
99, Part 2. Great Seal (卍禁, bankin?) -This spell's effects are divided into three "songs":
First Song: Halting Fabric (初曲・止繃, shokyoku: shiryū?) covers a target from head to toe with a binding cloth.
Second Song: Hundred Linked Bolts (弐曲・百連閂, nikyoku: hyakurensan?) stabs the target with numerous thick needles.
Final Song: Great Seal of 10,000 Forbiddings (終曲・卍禁太封, shūkyoku: bankin taihō?) smashes the target with an immense boulder.

Temporal Stasis (時間停止, jikanteishi?) — A forbidden spell used by Tessai along with kūkanten'i. The actual effect of the spell isn't elaborated on.
Spatial Displacement (空間転位, kūkanten'i?) — A forbidden spell used by Tessai with jikanteishi to teleport a specified portion of space from one point to another, transporting even other active kidō spells.

Bio:
Wynter was born in the Soul Society, never have been a part of the living world. He was born into one of the Four Royal Family's, that of the Tsukiko. As a noble some might think he had a silver spoon in his mouth but that was hardly true, most of the time he was alone and had to look after himself. Both his father and mother were Shinigami and very high respected ones at that, having been moved to Squad Zero. So of course he didn't seem them often. Everyone thought he would one day be even better than them and so he was sent into the Shinigami Academy but a bit later than most. The time spent from his start and to his time as becoming Squad Ten Captain seems to have been lost in time.

His sister, Aia Tsukiko was a shinigami a while before him. She was a Lieutenant of Squad Ten her self. Implying that the Tsukiko family has strong ties with Squad Ten. However she had been killed on a mission, the reason remains unknown but it seems a Hollow killed her. Every week now Wynter comes to her grave and tells her about the week and leaves a dozen roses there.

Later on he faked his death to get away from Soul Society knowing they didn't have the power he wanted. He couldn't tell anyone or people might come after him, he makes a vow to kill Mother the leader of the Arrancar.
