Here is where I will post all members who were banned.
No one will be banned without good reason.
Nixsus77 - failure to comply with Rules, even after several warnings.
xXsweetchicaXx - Failure to comply with the rules and telling another member it would be best if they just quit the guild.
Midnights Serenade - screwing with the Profile Code.
Zactura - failure to post; at all

I have a question, what do I do if the person that plays the 'slave' doesn't ever post and I'm stuck with nothing right now?

Well first I'd say check there profile to see when they were last online either that or send them a message: no response or they've been logged in on anytime recently let us(the Crew) know so we can take appropriate action
