|_Powers and Abilites_|

• Alrighty. Here is the Powers and Abilities. When you first start out in the guild, you start at the lowest rank. This applies to all races. You can soar through the ranks by good RP’ing ability and with the development of your RP character.

•For The Shinigami: All new Shinigami start off with a regular Zanpaku-to, kidou’s 1-10, and basic training in the four basic aspects of a Shinigami. (This includes Hakudou, Zanjutsu -Swordsmanship-, Kidou, Hoho-Speed and Endurance-)

Shunpo (Flash Step) is a special ability restricted ONLY to Vice Captains and Captains. Special authorization from the Guild Captain or Guild Vice Captains is needed to be trained in Shunpo for anyone else.

•For the Arrancar: New Arrancar start off as Numeros. The Arrancar are ranked from 11-99. This is based on the order of their creation. You start off with Hogyudou’s up to 17. Being new, you do not start off with your resurrection and you must have it taught to you by a higher ranking member of your ranks.

•For the Bount: As a new Bount, you don’t possess a doll. In order to gain a doll, you must have the Bount Leader perform a ritual so it can be created.

•For the Quincy: New Quincy are simply humans.They carry a Quincy cross and know of what they are but have yet to form a bow. The bow can be easily learned with the use of the Quincy cross and help from a higher ranked Quincy, preferably B ranked or above.

•For the Humans: If you are a new human, you don’t realize that you have any powers. You’ll be able to sense stuff, but to really unlock your powers you might have to go through some kind of event to unlock your abilities. You can be trained by a Shinigami, Quincy, or even by other Humans that have unlocked their ability.

Before contacting a crew member please:

• Make sure that your profile has been posted for exactly 1 week without ANY crew commentary.

• Read over your Shikai and Bankai. If any power could be considered "godly" rethink it.

• Have all loose ends tied. The crew will only "grade" finished products. Anything U/C (under construction) will be untouched until it is finished.

• Compare your profile with the rules. Does it meet all the criteria, requirements and or limitations? Is it more than just the bare minimum?

If you have done all of the above and find yourself still waiting to be accepted then:

• Contact xWinged Dreamerx, Aku Kami Kurayami, Shoki Donai or xenocharger via PM. These individuals should be able to get to your profile immediately but please only contact one at a time.

• If neither of them are available contact Heavenly Floetic Sins or [R]eflections but ONLY if you'd heard nothing from anyone else for at LEAST 3 days.

Please follow this guide. I assure you that if you do so everything will go along a lot smoother than the alternative.
