Okay the sending out letters is fine. It takes around 2 to 5 hours to seen them out to all the members because there is a time limit between posts on gaia. the Quick way to do this is create a mule. You mail PMs of messages to the mule a week in advance and I copy and past them all in to one letter. It is hard to write them all myself because I have dyslexia and there is a Disconnect between what my brain is thinking, what my eyes are seeing and what my hands are typing. Also with a mule everyone can friend the mule and all I have to do is forward the items you want them to know. Just a letter is no problem but something every 2 or 3 days would leave no time to Enjoy the guild because it would eat up 6 to 9 hours. I not fussing it's just imposable to write the main letter and then do all the PMing and do PMs for little announcements to. If those who want to send out things would write them up before hand and send them to the mule I'm going to create, then I can send them out ahead of events. If someone else wants to do a mule for the guild PM me the mules name and pass code.

I just don't Know how to get everyone in the guild to friend Request the mule. Also I was only going to mail future news letters to those who ask for them.

To explain to those who don't understand. Try saving you avi back to back really fast. it tells you to wait 1 min. Now it take 2 min between letters and there are 3 pages of members. Not only that. the PMs have to go out individually and I have to go back to the guild, go to members, go to the persons profile and then decide to PM or profile commit. 5 minutes per PM at least. This is my problem. I pasting and using script save functions but even if I could go to the PM send page faster Gaia will not let me post it. I even open 6 tabs at once which could get me banned for botting. Gaia just will not let me PM any faster and I'm stuck for Hours just mailing. That is why I will only mail new letters to those who request them.

I think that is a good idea. Let me know if you need help. Since we have new members, I was thinking that each of the vc take a page from the members and help with the news letters. I will also help. This way you don't have your hands to full.
I would like to at least send one out every month. That way it will give some of the members that haven't been active an idea of what is going on in the guild.
