Andrew ryan had an intimate relation ship with one of raptures many hookers, Jasmine Jolene. she fell deeply in love with him, and she became "his".
at one point, she became pregnant. She wanted the child, but Ryan did not. The child was born in tennenbaums office. whilst Jasmne jolene was recovering, Frank fontaine, under the ailus Atlas, kidnapped the child, in his plot of Ryans death.
Implanting the child with lot 501, the child would now obay commands starting with "would you kindly", and have safty implements incase the child somehow overcame the mind serum.
Givin other tonics to speed growth, the chlid was sent away to the surface parasites. Thease people raised him on a "farm" for five years, allowing the boy to turn 30.
back in rapture, Fontaine and ryan were still striking each other with minor blows here and there. Fontain staged an attack on new years eve, 1960, two weeks after Jack had "dissapeared"
Jasmine and ryan had not had the best relation ship since, and they were supposed to meet to talk things over. the attack ruinded this, and a stray bullet hit her, causeing facial damage.
Ryan was injured to the point of death. However, knowing this would eventually happen, the vita chambers had been built, with the only operational one in ryans office. the chamber malfunctioned, and ryans sanity was not ressurected.
The splicers under Fontaine and Ryan's control nearly destroyed the city, due to both of there bosses paying them in adam, its side effects now to far to prevent.
Jasmine, seeking her face healed, was insteadkilled by steinman, the crazy doctor addicted to adam, which warped his mind into creating art work of his patents.
Ryan and fontaine continued to fight for the remaining four years before jack returned, the splicers having there way. and the story continues from there.
