I've read summaries of track 60 and 61 and I don't like where it's going at all. D= Kinda makes me upset about her continuing it and I don't think I would buy it, to be perfectly honest.
I don't know it you read it or not, but apparently there's Ryu/Shu stuff going on. =/ Problem with me: Nothing led up to it. I didn't like that at all. It annoyed me a lot.

Meh. I don't like Riku either. He's annoying.

Basically. I don't like it at all and I'm not gonna waste my monies on it. XD Even if I don't sound like much of a fan right now, I don't like where Maki Murakami is taking her plot... if there even -is- a plot anymore. >>;;

Seriously, I think she stopped Gravitation because she didn't know where to take the story anymore, which is understandable. I mean, she did pretty much everything she could in the manga, both silly and serious. But it seems she started going back to Gravitation with no where to take it. So what does she do? She adds fan-service for the stupid n00b fangirls who only care about how hawt ghey seckz iz. lozzle.

Well, she has two other manga out that I've seen. One is Gamerz Heaven and I forgot the title of the other; but I see the latter in many bookstores. Unfortunately, I'm never able to find Gamerz Heaven, which I've desperately wanted to buy. It just sounds interesting and I'm a video game lover anyway. So why not mix manga and video games, huh? XD I don't know how good it is exactly, but I'm guessing that at this point, anything is better than Gravi 2.

XD Yeah. Maybe she does need to get laid. Maybe she'd have a lot less time work on the terrible plot that is Gravi 2 and save all us real fans.

Personally, I think if you're a real fan of the story and of -her-, you know when it's just not going right. I'm thinking of writing to TokyoPop about Maki Murakami and Gravi 2 and how I feel about it. I think she needs to know how most fans feel. She needs some constructive criticism, man. BADLY. D=

My opinion on the second Gravi manga is this:

About the whole Ryu/Shu thing, (And I don't like this pairing, but this is just my defense) it actually makes a bit of sense. JUST A BIT. I wholly prefer Yuki/Shuichi, but I don't think Maki Murakami is doing this just for fanservice. I think that Ryuichi is a very complex character. His two personalities constantly change- his sexy, solemn side and his uber-cute childish (and more dominant, as it seems) side.
The prospect of him having a crush- or in the least, lust- for Shuichi, isn't entirely as unlikely as one might think. Ryuichi and Shuichi no doubt have on odd relationship. Shuichi is a fan of Ryuichi and vice versa. But Shuichi then starts to pass Ryuichi in his career. So then PERHAPS- JUST PERHAPS- THE REASON THAT RYUICHI IS COMING ON TO SHUICHI IS NOT FOR THE SAKE OF LOVING HIM, BUT OF SPITE, IN AN ATTEMPT TO SABOTAGE HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH EIRI. (Turns off caps lock) Where does that theory come from? Well, most of Shuichi's song lyrics presumably come from his inspiration of Eiri and his's love. Plus, as we all know, Shuichi's performances are highly dependent of his personal emotions. SO! By breaking them up and kicking Shuichi to the curb, Ryuichi would sabotage his success. So I don't think it's the sake of Slash-only-pairings-in-canon-manga, but more so development of Ryuichi's character.

Though I don't like making Ryuichi that evil.

But this is a theory, and as I said, I haven't read gravi 2, just heard of it and summaries of its plot. I could be completely off base here.

The only thing I see wrong with that is how did Ryuichi know when Eiri was going to come around and all? How did he know how far away Eiri was from the NG building? How did he know if Eiri would even come to see them kiss? Then again, maybe Shuichi would have slipped to Eiri about the kiss, but I think Eiri wouldn't have taken it badly and would have forgiven Shuichi if it had been done that way. It has much more of an impact when hundreds of thoughts are racing through your mind about why your lover is kissing someone else. And it didn't seem like Shuichi was trying to push away or anything, since he had his arms wrapped around Ryuichi's neck. Still... those questions, man. ><

I don't know. Maybe you're right. Maybe it is all just a scheming evil plot by my favorite character. But I dunno... I still don't like it. It annoys me. I guess I'll just have to look for more summaries after the new issue comes out. I still don't wanna buy it and I still think it isn't that great. =/

And wtf with Eiri throwing a vending machine at Shuichi? I hate how everything in Gravi now seems to be so... unrealistic. I liked it when there was at least -some- realism to the story, but all this nonsense going on just turns me off to it so much. x_x

Ah, and another thing, he had his arms around his neck?! Like woah what? >> << Like I said, I've only seen summaries of the manga, but Whattheheckthisiscertainlynew. If she cancels out Eiri/Shuichi it will make me dislike Gravitation...
