As you can probably see, me and computers don't gel well.
(CAN'T BE DOIN' WITH THE TECHNOLOGY D:!)
Can I use the first for the official banner? - and maybe put together codes for sigs and profiles and add them to this thread?

Ya know, making banners gets me in mod trouble all the time. sweatdrop Except at the Doctor Who Guild, where there are a lot of artists and they have a thread with ZILLIONS of banners we've made.

I like having the freedom to turn a commission down if it doesn't inspire me, or if I'm busy (which at the moment I'm not, as the semester ended this week). I don't really know how to charge for the work.
I just did a couple of crazy Landshark graphics for the heck of it. mrgreen

I wish the last one turned out better.
I was trying to show the tilting and falling of the front of the house in the typography--but the word "guild" is almost illegible under Buster's feet, flattened as he would have been if he had been even a tiny bit off target for that window.
And I saw the Thames Television documentary on Buster Keaton that explained a chilling bit of backstory to that scene...Bustrer had just before filming that received the news that he'd lost his studio & was pretty much sold off to MGM, never to be in control of his work again. And I think things were bad with his marriage too...so he might not have really cared too much had it hit him....
