Double Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2-1 cup chopped pecans, or any nut of your choice
1 package chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs and vanilla, then cocoa powder. Slowly mix in flour. Once blended mix in nuts and chocolate chips.

Pre-heat oven to 375 F/190 C.

If the mix seems too moist refrigerate for about a half an hour. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Set out on wire rack to cool.

For the Giant cookie, take a blob big enough to easily be 5 or 6 cookies, set it on the center of the cookie sheet and bake for about 18-22 minutes, until you think it's done.

Hawaiian Chicken Salad

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup creamy salad dressing, e.g. Miracle Whip ™
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, juice reserved
3 (5 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
1 cup blanched slivered almonds
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, halved

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in salad dressing and 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice. Stir in the pineapple tidbits, chicken, almonds, and grapes until evenly coated. Chill until serving.

Grape Salad

4 lbs. grapes (red or green seedless)
8 ounces (1 cup) sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans (or other nut of choice)
1/2 cup sugar

Wash grapes then pat dry. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Toss together with the grapes until they are well coated. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans/nuts on top. Chill and then serve.

Angel Food Dessert

Store bought angel food cake
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces whipped topping
1 large can of any fruit pie filling

Slice cake in half across so that it makes two layers. Mix cream cheese, canilla, whipped topping, and powdered sugar together.

Layer in this order: Cake, cream filling, half of pie filling, then repeat with the top half. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Squash Pie

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted

A Yummy Sandwich
(Cause I fail at making anything else. And this is my faaaaaavourite sandwich of all time)

First, toast the first slice of bread a little bit - It'll be going under the grill in a minute, so not too much, aye?
While that's toasting, chop up some walnuts and some goats cheese. When the toast is ready, put the nuts and cheese onto it, with the nuts on top, so that they'll be given the chance to brown a little bit. Pop it all under the grill, and put on the second slice of toast. They should both be ready at about the same time.
When the grilly one is grilled, put golden syrup onto it! Omy-yes! Slap the second slice on top of it.

Also, another thing, with the sames kinds of ingredients as the magic sandwich, that I've gotten reeeealy into OMNOMing at the moment is nuts with natural yoghurt and honey on it. (Not mixed up too much, cause it's nice being able to taste the honey and yoghurt separately)
It's like a greek speciality or some such, and tastes like sweeties, but is very healthy.

Banoffee pie

This popular dessert is made with the perfect pair - banana and toffee and couldn't be simpler to achieve.

Serves:
8
Takes: 20 minutes plus chilling time of 1 hr 30 mins

For the base:

100g (4oz) butter
250g (9oz) digestive biscuits, crushed

For the caramel:
175g (6oz) butter
75g (3oz) caster sugar
397g can Carnation Condensed Milk

For the topping:

4 small bananas
284ml carton double cream, lightly whipped
Cocoa powder, for dusting

You will also need:
20cm (8in) loose-bottomed cake tin, greased and the based lined
Piping bag

1. Use a food blender to crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and stir in the crushed biscuits until the two bind together. Press the mixture into the base and sides of a 20cm (8in) loose-bottomed cake tin. Chill for 30 mins.
3. For the caramel, melt the butter and sugar over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is golden in colour. Add the condensed milk, stirring continuously and bringing to the boil. Keep the caramel boiling steadily for 2 mins, whilst stirring to make a thick golden caramel. Take the caramel off of the heat and cool.
4. Slice the bananas and arrange most of them over the biscuit base then spread the caramel over the top. Chill for 1 hr 30 mins, or until firm.
5. When ready to serve, remove the pie from the tin and place on a serving plate. Fill a piping bag with the whipped cream and squeeze onto the banoffee pie, decorating as desired with the remaining bananas and a light dusting of cocoa powder.

TIP: For a simple way to make the caramel, put an unopened can of condensed milk into boiling water and poach for 2 hrs. After cooling, the condensed milk will have caramelised and can then be poured over the biscuit base.

Hmm, when I get time I'll have to look up my icing recipe, I can't quite remember the exact measurements right now.
I do know it's:
Shortening
Milk
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Extract
