Umh...you forgot to post what gets you each Warning, the effects of the Punishments, oh and doesn't "not posting anymore" mean the same thing as "BANNED"?

ah.. well I am trying to figure out if each person should get the same punishment, or if it should be listed next to their name. Along with if it only applies to the rp that the problem was found in or if it should go to all the rps.
