Here's a synopsis from Baka-Updates Manga:
"In a love relationship, both sides have to be in love with each other. If only one side is in love with the other.....that's not love. Such is the opinion Hisayoshi comes to after watching his parent's shaky relationship. Despite that, however, he finds that he's fallen for Rima, a popular idol. But Rima only has eyes for Ikeshiba, the man who introduced her to show business, and to make matters worse for Hisayoshi, Rima is jealous of him because Ikeshiba is interested in him and wants to make him an idol. Will Hisayoshi's feelings ever be returned? And how will he respond to Ikeshiba's advances?"
