Name: Yuuta Hotaru
Alias'/Nicknames: Yuu
Appearance: Yuuta is 22 years old, standing at 6'2" and weighing in at about 160 lbs. His hair is usually disheveled but when on a mission he slicks it back with spikes. His hair is black and his eyes are a dark brown. His outfit is almost the same as the Bureau's standardized uniform but slightly altered. The uniform being a suit, Yuu decided to wear a pinstripe vest instead of the jacket. He wears a black tie with it over a white dress shirt tucked into a pair of black slacks wearing black boots. He wears black fingerless gloves on his hands and has scars on his body that are hidden.
Personality: Yuuta is a tough but fair leader, always striving to get the job done. In the blink of an eye he can go from strict leader to all around good guy. Not afraid to speak his mind and will tell people straight to their face.
Employer: Bureau of Interstellar Immigration
Primary Firearm: Desert Eagle.
Secondary Firearm/Weapon: Bowie Knife.
Special Accessories: Desert Eagle which he received on his first mission with the Yakuza.
Background History: Born to a good family, he was brought with the best things in life. When he was 14 he discovered that his entire future had been decided for him. He was to merge his fathers company with a rivaling one by marrying the rival's daughter. Not wanting this life for himself he decided to run away. Living on the streets in the back alley's of neighborhoods off of thrown out food for 2 years, his life had hit a new low. That's when he was found by a member of the Yakuza, offering him a job for food and shelter. Yuu happily agreed and followed the man. He was to be put on an assassination attempt. The boss gave him a Desert Eagle and wanted him to finish him while standing next to him. After putting on his clothes he went out to take the hit.
Once he got there he realized that it was the father of the daughter he was supposed to marry. That's when he realized he couldn't do it, and went back to the Yakuza. The boss was livid, telling everyone to shoot him, when a giant Medical Mechanica robot crashed onto their hideout. Everyone was killed instantly but Yuu and the boss. The boss was pleading for his life but Yuu didn't listen and shot him in the head. The next day he was approached by a representative of the Bureau of Interstellar Immigration to help the protection of the Earth and universe. He accepted, not knowing what else to do and having nowhere to go.
So at 16 Yuu joined the Bureau and steadily made his climb to the top. After 4 years of unending servitude and numerous battles he was finally given the position of commander of the Bureau after the last had died. At age 20 he had been the youngest commander ever in the history of the Bureau. Yuu has been commanding the Bureau for 2 years now, and the Bureau has been better because of it.

Name: Kazuma Ramune
Alias'/Nicknames: Kaz, Kazzi, PVT. Ram
Appearance: Kazuma is 21 years old, weighing 187 lbs and standing at 6'7. He has a slightly muscular build though while wearing his uniform he can appear skinny. His dark brown hair hangs about an inch below his ears, with his bangs blocking his bright green eyes most of the time. He normally wears the basic black uniform, though most of the time leaving the suit unbuttoned and the shirt untucked. He has a two tattoos, the Japanese symbols for adult and child, one on each of his shoulders.
Personality: Kazuma is usually cheerful, lovable, kind, and also known to be rather flirtatious. Kazuma always tries his best when given a mission, even if the task ahead seems impossible.
Employer: Bureau of Interstellar Immigration
Primary Firearm: Combat Shotgun
Secondary Firearm/Weapon: Riot Shield
Special Accessories: An earring in his left ear that is a simple black rectangle.
Background History: Kazuma's childhood was a peaceful one, though being raised in the historic town of Mabase Japan. Kazuma always pushed to make sure he was doing and trying his best in school and in life. His family owned a small convenience store that he also would help run. As the years carried on he began to find work outside of Mabase. Though each time he found himself doing small time jobs ranging from running the cashier at a bread shop, to doing deliveries for a local tabloid. Never being able to hold onto a single job he decided to work for the government. After doing series of tests and proving that his physical and mental talents were above regular people, he was approached by the B.I.I. for a position. Ecstatic to find he'd finally found a high paying job that could help the world, Kazuma works to rise to the top of the Bureau and nothing could take his attention from his work... except maybe a pretty face.
