Alias'/Nicknames: He is commonly referred to as Yukki when at Headquarters, but is known as Yukio elsewhere.
Appearance: Yukki, appears to be 24 years of age but his true age is not known, stands at the somewhat average height of 5'10" and weighs in at 67 kg (148 lbs). His eyes are a very soothing deep blue and his hair is strictly white. His hair is very jagged and hangs about an inch below his eyes in the front, about midway on his ear on the sides of his head, and about an inch above his collar in the back. Yukki's skin tone is not pale, yet it is not very dark, a medium tone some would say. The Commander wears a dark red Military Jacket* with the Galactic Space Police's Coat of Arms positioned on his upper left breast. Normally, he will keep the buttons on his jacket unbuttoned, leaving visible the plain white shirt he has underneath. Yukki wears black dress slacks, without a belt, that hang a little below his waste. The Commander wears a green pair of converse as his choice of footwear, and most always keeps the laces untied.

Personality: Yukki is a very chipper and happy person almost all of the time whenever he is performing his daily duties, but whenever he is in battle, he takes on an ominous personality. He somewhat falls under the category of lazy when it comes to certain things, but some would just call him laid back. Yukki dislikes fighting and finds it troublesome, but he knows that if it comes down to it and he has to fight, he must act like a Commander would and do so. When he does fight, Yukki finds it very important to be courteous to his opponent no matter their standing. If he were to be rude, the Commander would feel that he has tarnished the title he has worked so hard for.
Guitar/Bass Guitar: Yukki's weapon of choice is what separates him from almost every other Officer out there. He uses a white Ibanez ICT700 Iceman, which strongly represents who he is. The Commander's guitar represents him almost completely. It is a very beautiful instrument as a whole, but once you stare at it long enough, you see that it is somewhat devilish. The headstock and body are very distinctive pieces or work, the body being made of mahogany wood and having a unique reverse shark tooth inlay, and the headstock being of the same style, beast. The guitar is completely a white color to match his hair, the fret board is made of maple and has 24 jumbo frets. Yukki's guitar has two DiMarzio D Activator style pickups and two different controls, one for the master volume, and one for the tone. Along with this, it has a three way toggle used to get different sounds by switching pickups One more thing that separates him from others is the fact that he feels his guitar and him have a psychological bond. If he is unhappy, his guitar is too and vice versa. For this reason, Yukki has named his weapon Merlin to keep him happy. He carries the guitar on his back with the head stock facing upward for easy access in the case of an ambush. Often in his spare time, Yukki can be found in his office playing Merlin all day.
Special Accessories: Yukki adorns a beautiful dark blue woven scarf, which has been passed down from Commander to Commander since the Galactic Space Police Brotherhood began. Another accessory that defines the commander is the chain that is hooked from the bottom of his jacket to the pocket of his slacks. It is a magnificent gold chain, also symbolizing his status.
Background History: Commander Yukki has been living in the Galactic Police Headquarters for his whole life. His father, Makoto, was in the Galactic Police since he was very young, and his mother was abandoned Yukki once he was born. He was raised by his father to act polite and have manners at all times, even in the future when he was in battle. Makoto was a 2nd Lieutenant before being KIA (Killed in Action) by a band of Space Pirates while he was on Patrol. The Father and Son duo had a fantastic relationship and were extremely close to one another, since Yukki had no one else. He had heard the news of his father's death from the Commander himself that was leading at the time. This devastated him and sent him into a state of disbelief for a few days until he finally realized that just sitting in his quarters, sulking, would do nothing. This was a very mature decision for Yukki, who was 14 years of age at the time.
Soon after his father's death, he took on the daily duties of a Galactic Police, at least the ones he was allowed to perform at that age. Yukki mostly took over the job of cleaning the quarters and the hallways, but he did not mind it as long as he was in work. From there, he slowly began to grow up until he became the age of 16 years and was able to join the Galactic Police. In order to join the Brotherhood as an officer, there is a test you must first undergo and that is to be able to open N.O. Portals in your mind. Yukki was extremely nervous about this, but once he was able to connect his left and right cerebral lobes, the N.O. Portal opened and he pulled Merlin out of his head. He started out as a private and quickly rose through the ranks, conquering almost every task that was thrown at him, mainly due to his familiarity of his weapon because he played with his father's a lot.
Over the course of four years, he was able to rise through nearly all of the ranks and was now at the level of 2nd Lieutenant. From that rank up, he had to battle for new positions and made his opponents look like fools, taking their rank with ease. That fact held true until he battled the Commander, someone whom was so much greater of a fighter than his 2nd in command. Yukki almost lost the fight, but was able to pull out enough power for a final strike. He could not kill the Commander because of his ideals, to be polite even in battle. Yukki was accepted as a Commander by almost everyone due to his long history at the base and his father's reputation. The other officers trusted him fully and he was very nice to them, but expected them to do their jobs still. This is why he has been called the greatest commander ever to lead the Galactic Police. His subordinates are very loyal and are able to approach Yukki whenever they feel there is a problem. He is not a commander that makes all of his subordinates do the work, but he also enjoys going out on missions himself, but only the important ones involving Space Pirates.
