I'm sure most all of you have read/watched Death Note by now.. but if you haven't, read/watch it NOW.
It's the greatest anime I've ever watched c:
and I never finished the manga, because I had to buy it because I didn't want to cheat them out by reading it online.
Talk about it, if you wish : D
Personally, (SPOILERS) I didn't like it when L died. After that, it kind of made me want to stop watching because I was upset. And the ending wasn't really the best, either. D:

I hate to be the one to say this but in my opion death note is awsome..but (oh no here comes the critical but statement) Death Note isn't that good. It's more then worn out, it's tatered. Everone knows Death Note (well almost everone), and well....it just fells..(this is going to sound weird) but it fells too pubic and too wide. It's so well known that the authenticity of the anime is gone and the interest. But in all fairness Death Note is an awsome anime, and will forever be known (and will be used for the people who just started watching anime, and need some anime to start their anime watching career) Man I sound like an idiot I just keep trying to avoid that word!!! Oh well...Anywho.....DEATH NOTE RULEZ!!!! GO L!!!! Oh and by the way.....I fell the same way about the manga thing....

Death Note was the first manga I ever got, so of course I liked it. I never really watched the anime a lot. The manga was just as good though. After I started, a lot of my friends got into it and I agree with Airie Yukie that it is now a little over-publicised. I hated coming to school and seeing half a dozen people sat like L did and raving about strawberries. But then it all kind of died down, luckily for me. But, I was a good series.
Spoilerness --> I didn't like Ls death one bit at first. It really pissed me off, and I couldn't vent because no-one I knew had got that far. But after a while I realised that L wouldn't have as big of a fan base without dying. Like most artists and stuff. I liked the ending. It rounded things off and all. Though, I hated Near with a passion.

i luv deathnote and i luv L!!!! hes is soo cool heart heart and the movies are cool too but i liked the anime better
