Breeding Rules:
1. Only adults of the same race can breed together.
2. Same sex couples cannot breed. sorry.
3. Both owners must give their permission for the breeding to happen.
4. Life mated couples produce 4 babies, and non life mated couples only produce 2 babies.
5. Females have to wait a month after breeding before they can breed again.
