So as expected, Gaia TOS is to be followed.
I expect all who join to treat each other with respect and if you have a problem with someone, please speak to me directly on the issue. If you have a problem with me, well then we'll discuss it and see what become of it. I am mild mannered and if I happen to be wrong about something, I tend to see it quickly and apologize for it. I doubt we'll have problems, but hey, who knows?
I do ask that all act with a level of maturity. Don't call someone names and if they do, have the maturity to ignore them. I'm not a babysitter nor are any of the other crew. Besides, most members just don't care to see it.
I know this is roleplaying, but we have limits to what we can and cannot do and in the case that ANY member feels as though their rp partner is being inappropriate, I ask they let me know and I'll deal with the problem, up to but not limited to being banned from the guild. I will go further up if the issue calls for it.
Being active. Though this is always preferred, I understand that life doesn't always allow time for you to jump on and post. However, remember that you are leaving others hanging and if too much time passes, then your place in the guild will be in jeopardy. I am quite lenient on this, but I do have a point of giving up.
Easiest way to avoid it is to announce it in the absence thread that will be on the first page.

As for the seriousness of banning, there are several steps that will be taken.
1.) The issue must be brought to my attention, in the case that it is not myself finding it.
2.) The issue at hand must be in the form of breaking either the Gaia TOS or the rules established in the guild.
3.)Depending on the severity of the offense, one of the following actions will occur.
a.) your name will be added to the list in blue to alert crew and member that you are on the watch list, the reason listed below your name.
b.) your name is added to the list in red to alert crew and members that you are one offense from being removed from the guild, the reasons listed below your name.
c.) your name is in bold and you have been banned from the guild. Further action depends on the offenses you have committed. Again, reasons listed below your name.
