Red. The Champion found on top of Mt.Silver. His coolness in battle earned him my respect. Plus, he was the first trainer I ever played as, I am a huge nostalgia freak.
In the Anime, it would have to be Team Rocket, I just love all those schemes they come up with just to try and capture Pikachu. Also, Meowth's attitude has given me plenty of laughs.
I remember my first time fighting him... My heart was racing...
