You can go to photobucket.com or just click the blue headline above your post that says ADD IMAGE OR VIDEO FROM PHOTOBUCKET.COM
If you go to photobucket.com, you search the pic, find the one you like, and click on it. Copy the forum BBCode (It'll be between two User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.
