United States Military Due to the recent outbreak, the United States Military has declared Martial Law in all the major Cities of the United States. Due to this Martial law, the U.S. General Douglas Baker has implemented the Rising Star Act. Any Survivor Sixteen and older must be documented by the United States Government and placed in a a survivor camp. All who are implemented in the Rising Star Act are subject to Military duty if called for, as well as respecting the orders of the Military presence while they remain.
Below is the form that must be filled out by the survivor in order to be counted as one.

 Name: Edison Javier Reyes (Commonly known as Eddie or Kai to his friends.) Age: Nineteen Birthday: November 8, 1989 Height: 5'5" Weight: 130lbs Nationality: Latino/Asian Descent (Mother can trace blood back to Europe and Father can trace back to the Philippines) Biography: Eddie was born in Queens, New York City, New York. He is the first son in the Reyes family and the first boy to be born for the Third Generation in the family. He was raised in New York City, where he gained a small reputation for being tough. It is said that during his preschool days, he hit a small child in the head with a block for the sole reason that he had knocked over his tower that he was building. However, Eddie was not one to go outside much. Although he was skilled in soccer and football, he spent most of his time playing video games. Although his father had bought him the set, the two became at odds with the son wanting to remain in the virtual world rather than go outside. As a child, he was always top in his classes. He was a great student, although lazy and unmotivated. When he moved to Miami, things started to be come quite hazy for Eddie. He became more involved with a rather strange life: a friend of jocks, a friend of nerds and a flirt to all. He was also a strong supporter of good nature, almost like the Knights of the Medieval era. It was during his high school years where he started to change. From being a flirty child with an anger problem, he started to grow up, thankfully to a relationship he had with two girls, both who are deceased at the writing of this form. Currently, Eddie is held up in Miami with his best friend, Oscar and some others. Although he is not considered a threat to National Security, one must pay attention. He has lost his entire family to the Tiamat Virus...only time will tell how he will react.  Name:Oscar Alexander Rodriguez Age:19 Birthday:December 5, 1989 Height:6'0' Weight:165 pound Nationality: Cuban,Irish, Born in miami Biography: Oscar was born in Miami, Florida where he grew up the majority of his life. First born of 4 children ,he was the miracle baby of many failed attempts for his mother. Growing up was difficult and full of challenges for Oscar because he never knew the meaning of life until he left his elementary school for another one in Kendall. He grew up with a group of friends that sent him in the wrong direction. Picking fights with any one who looked at him wrong, he was feared by many of his other class mates. After being betrayed by those he trusted he moved to another school in Kendall where he promised him self never again. He became a better person and swore never to get angry and lose it to any one who asked for it. With that he was the victim of much bulling, but stayed true to his word. In middle school Oscar became friend with allot of individuals who helped in making him the person he is today. He lost all his pride to become someone who can be trusted. Friends and family became his first priority , losing all selfishness and any judgmental thoughts. After Middle school going into High school Oscar met new friends including Edison one of his best friends to this day. He became more of a gamer and had a fascination with zombie games. Now he finds him self waking up to a Zombie infested world, not surprising him what so ever.  Name: Megan Kathleen Smith Age: Fourteen Birthday: September 11th, 1995 Height: 5' 4' and 3/4 in. Weight: 113 lbs. Nationality: Irish/ British Biography: Megan was born simply in Midland, Texas, but due to complications in her birth parents marriage, she quickly got moved to Panama City, Florida at the age of three and has lived there ever since. She was the second born in her family, with only one sister, but then after her parents divorce, she became the second youngest to a half sister and seven new step siblings. Due to custody rules and personal choice, Megan goes to visit her birth father frequently, but because of his job, she has lived in many places with him also, some being Mobile, AL, Beaumont TX, and now Houston, Texas. Growing up in Panama City, Megan excelled at everything she aimed to do. She moved up higher, academically, then most of her friends, and got a reputation for being a tomboy up until 6th grade, where she eased up a little, but she's still the same ole' Megan. Although she has spent most of her life near the coast, she has always been a country girl at heart. She spent her time horse-back riding and playing a variety of sports, her favorites being soccer and volleyball, as well as video games and other popular hobbies. She has also traveled to many of the worlds place, such as: Italy, Mexico, Key West, Washington D.C., Japan, and counting. She's lived her whole life in Panama City, so she grew to know a lot of people and places there, so when the Tiamat virus came, it devastated her to be the only to survive in her large family.  Name:Jason Stephen Baglin Age:20 Birthday: 4/14/1989 Height:5’5” Weight:180lbs Nationality:Latin/European/Caucasian Biography: Jason was born and raised in Miami. rather odd child, in preschool he threw a chair at his teacher because she supposedly laughed at him for peeing himself. Later after many visits with the psychologist and medicine he finally warmed up to authority figures. He then enveloped himself in his studies and excelled with high marks he also became less athletic and gained weight(became a nerd). Until his 8th grade year he was picked on non stop he got up and told off some one and the teacher called him in as a threat. Ever since then surveillance on Jason has become extremely difficult because of his new found paranoia with authority figures. All we really know is that he became a musician his grades went down in high school and that he scored extremely high on the A.S.V.A.B. which we later learned after he shunned all the military recruiters for two years ,that he only took to get out of class.  Name: Vanessa Retief Age: 17 Birthday: November 12, 1991 Height: 5'3" Weight: 116 lbs Nationality: Dutch/South African, minor French descent Biography: Vanessa was born in Johannesburg in South Africa as the first child of a Dutch mother and a South African father and was sent to a private school with her younger brother for a large sum of her education. Unfortunately, this slight isolation made her painfully shy. At age fourteen, her family moved to Australia and have been living in New South Wales up until now. Needless to say, it wasn't an easy adjustment. Both her parents were used to big moves and her brother could easily warm up to any situation but due to her shyness, the move brought on a lot of frustration and anger, often being brought out in minor shouting matches and an accidental attack on a fellow student who provoked her. After a while, she calmed down and was able to adjust to the new environment. A slight rebellious nature still exists thought. At age 17, she visited Miami for a holiday break from a cumbersome workload at school but got stuck there when the Tiamat virus broke out. She isn't certain if the virus has reached Australian shores yet but isn't too worried. If there's anything her brother knows, it's how to survive in a zombie infested world. As for her parents, she isn't so sure but she refuses to think too deeply on it for fear of thinking that they're dead.
