How do you make banners?.

Well i tihnk people use stuff like vb and stuff like that im not completly sure try asking around GD or CB

Lots of ways to make banners. You can make them in MS Paint, Paint.net, Photoshop, or whatever program you use, just add decorations, add words, make it a certain size, etc. Upload it onto a photo account, like smallpic, photobucket, D.A. etc. then link the picture~
