Ren grips his zanpakuto while still sheathed and enters his fighting stance. "I'm always ready!"

Commander Rena shunpos infront of Ren. "Bring it then." she hits Ren with the hilt of her zanpokto then Shunpos back to her spot.

Ren skids backwards but stops himself. He looks at Rena with a wicked smile then charges towards her.

Rena simply twirls like a balerina. "Gotta be faster sonny." she sends a kick at his back.

He manages to dodge the kick and unsheathes his zanpakuto, swinging it at her side. "Sorry, but I tend not to do my best in training. But even now, I'm not even close to my true power," says Ren as he smiles wickedly.

Rena shunpos and is standing on Ren's blade. She slides down his blade. She kicks him in the face and flips over him.

Ren slides backwards and wipes mouth. "You've got some pretty powerful legs there, Rena. That skill comes in handy in close range." Ren flips his Zanpakuto up in the air. He then jumps up and kicks the side of the hilt, sending the zanpakuto spinning towards you in a boomerang-like manner. "Too bad it's useless against a zanpakuto such as mine."

"Bakudo 4 " she uses the kido to hit the sword and catches it and throws it back the sword cuts her cheek "take it back." she pulls her shealthed sword in her hand.

Captain KainHart walks onto the field but stays on the outskirts. He crosses his arms and watches the fight between Commander Rena and Captain Ren.

He smirks. "Exactly what I was expecting. Let them suffer, Kokushibyou!" He catches the zanpakuto by the edge of the hilt and spins it up in the air, then catches it and re-enters his fighting stance. He laughs just a bit to himself. "Shall we continue?" His smirk reappears.

* i shunpo to the training field and i trip and fall on the ground* >_< owww
that hurt... I need to work on my balance * i look up to see that my commander and a captain were fighting already* wow shes strong i gotta get stronger *gets up and cleans off the dirt*
