#2: I appoint captains on the reccomendations of the other captains.
#3: No killing unless it is ordered and that person is a tritor or intruder.
#4: No nastt business. We are Soul Reapers not lovers. Take your job responsibly.
#5: Must adress Captains with thier title.
#6: No auto-hitting (We will be to see about that.)
#7: Use puncuation in your posts. If you don't you will be kicked out and have to prove yourself to get back in.
