So, i think some of my 'friends'(blech) from before came back. i had this really weird tingling feeling in my hand and my heart felt like it was being forced into my throat. Then, on a day no one was in the house(parents at work, bro at camp, me with a friend) there were juice(from like cooking) splats on the stove. The stove is cleaned every night and it hadnt been used all that day. And i got blammed for it. Again. Its not major stuff, but its annoying, ya know? I dont want to put a gaurd on my house cause i know nice spirits and stuff but im kinda pissed. help?

I dont want to put a gaurd on my house cause i know nice spirits and stuff but im kinda pissed. help? you could try holy water (salt and water) with a bit of sage boiled in and sprikling it around the house. or smudge the house with some sage and lavender. It tends to stink up a strom if you use too much but it works.

Update:
So, sophia asked her teacher if he could help us with my problem. He thought it was a past spirit we've had problems with and sent him away thinking he was helping me. After hearing the description I realized he might not be an evil spirit. I asked if she could ask her teacher to bring him back. However, that would require us actually telling him he jumped to conclusions and he gets touchy. We have no clue where the spirit was sent and sophia's teacher isnt answering our emails. Anyone know how to call a spirit back to you(that doesnt require knowing where it is)? confused
