Entrance Creatures to Become Your Own

During events, creatures will appear. your goal is to capture them with your items.

There are two main types of items to help you entrance creatures: Talismans and Foods. Talismans capture creatures and the foods increase your odds for a successful capture.
To purchase items, you must visit the Item Shoppe post in the Main Thread. Below is detailed info on what to do with your items!

--------------------

Entrancing Talismans: These are the only things that can be used in order to capture a creature. By tossing it at a wild creature, you have a 3/10 chance of a success.
Without any foods thrown first, you roll a 10-sided dice and the numbers 4,5,6 are a success.

Entrancing Foods: Increase the odds of a successful talisman attempt. Different foods have better odds!

Berries: Berries from the real world seems to be extra delicious to the creatures of Statik.
When you throw the berry, roll a 4-sided dice and the numbers 2,3,4 are a success for the berry.
If successful, Increase odds to 3/8. When you use an Entrancing Talisman you will roll an 8-sided dice and the numbers 4,5,6 are a success.

Clover Cake: A home made recipe of BitterSweets, she combined the sweetest of angel food cakes and cooked it with the ripest clovers.
When you throw the cake, roll a 6-sided dice and the numbers 1,2,3,4 are a success for the cake.
If successful, Increase odds to 3/6. When you use an Entrancing Talisman you will roll a 6-sided dice and the numbers 4,5,6 are a success.

Berry Cream: Another recipe of BitterSweet's, this milky cream has the flavor of various berries and carries a strong aroma to attract creatures.
When you set out the bowl of cream, roll a 8-sided dice and the numbers 1,2,3,4,5 are a success for the cream.
If successful, Increase odds to 3/4. When you use an Entrancing Talisman you will roll a 4-sided dice and the numbers 1,2,4 are a success.

Other Ways to Obtain Creatures

Entrancing wild creatures is not the only way to get a creature from Statik. These are various other ways:

Adoptions- Adoptions are usually babies from breedings, and random adults BitterSweet finds throughout the Realm. They can be adopted for base fees.
Games and Contests- There will be many different games like Dice Contests, Number Games, BINGO, Coloring Contests, and more
Prompts- Sometimes special creatures will be available for an RP Prompt challenge. You submit a short response for your chance to win a creature.
Raffles- Some raffles you may buy tickets for, and sometimes there are free raffles for posters on special pages.
Auctions- Auctions are for the rarest of creatures. The highest bidder gets the creature.
Breedings- Every Breeding you are allowed one creature from each litter.
Customs- When available, you may custom order a creature for a certain price.

Choosing Your Creature's Training Group

Each creature you get must choose which training group will be it's main focus. Sometimes it is best to decide by checking their base stats.

Hunters
Hunters are trained to find small animals for food, and even missing persons. They know how to track and how to fight.

Herders
Herders are adept at leading groups of creatures. A companion who is an advanced herder can even herd in wild creatures, and bring back missing or lost creatures.

Breeders
Breeders are the pets who will be best to carry on the creature legacy. They have strong parental instincts and are great at training their young, along with caring and protecting them.

Gatherers
Gatherers find food and other materials needed by the people. They are not good fighters, but are excellent in stealth and can carry quite a lot. They know their way around and would most likely hide rather than fight.

Explorers
Explorers are adept in tracking and they are decent fighters. They are also smarter than most and are sent off to find treasure and explore the dangerous ruins scattering the landscape. Their ability to outsmart things is stronger than their fighting ability.

Protectors
These creatures protect whatever they are told to, whether it be the another creature, a town, treasure, a human...anything. They are the best fighters and very strong, and will do whatever necessary to protect what they are told. They are very loyal and trustworthy, and also known to heal themselves and others.

Creature Stats and Raising them

Each individual creature has STATS. They are based on how good or bad they are in certain areas.

> Hunting
> Herding
> Breeding
> Gathering
> Exploring
> Protecting

Each creature is rated on a scale from 1-50. They begin with set stats and there are multiple ways you can raise them! You will always be notified when their stats raise.

Classes: Often enough BitterSweet or Ms FritchieBot will hold classes to teach creatures in a specific stat. You can let them do all the work, or stay and RP with them during the class. There is a class fee of 500g. Stats usually increase 3-8 points per class.

Role Playing
>>Stats are rewarded for RPing, plain and simple.

They dont have to be in-depth, just active and allowing your creatures to expand.
Their stats will raise according to what they are doing during the RP. Here are the categories and what you can do to improve them:

Hunting: practice tracking skills, locating small animals for food, learning what to eat and what not to eat.

Herding: practice leadership skills, trying to form groups of creatures and attempt to round some up, practice migrating animals to their food source

Breeding: practice parental skills, learn to be gentle, sharpen senses, become protective of small animals

Gathering: Practice stealth skills, learn what foods are good and bad to eat, learn where to find food and water, strengthen carrrying capacity

Exploring: practice fighting skills, practice tracking, improve logic and wit, practice going into ruins without being noticed to look for treasure

Protecting: practice fighting skills to the max, learn to heal and practice it, improve speed, learn combat
