I recently came upon a video showing all the options for your hero's appearance.
Pure Good
Corrupt Evil
Pure Evil
Corrupt Good
And I finally found my true calling, The Decadent or Corrupt Good.
Yay!
BTW:
Pure Good - Halo
Corrupt Evil - Horns
Pure Evil - Vampire
Corrupt Good - Green Eyes/Acne (Whatever, still badass)

You don't become a vampire you just aquire pale skin....
