What is left of the all known civilization in Flatlands. Trummor is the several tallest structures of the all known area of the Flatlands, rebuilt and refurbished to fill the needs of the five hundred-dozen people left in the buildings. In area, this land is just about as big as a regular grade High School. The thing that makes it different is it's tall buildings. An incredibly small amount of people for a city, where everybody has met at least once and a newcomer is a city-wide known happening. Whether that newcomer is Visio Dei, or Black Occult is arguable, but when someone does know, it becomes news in the general area of the Flatlands and thus, H.A.V.E.N will be on it.
There are three buildings in this city, the smallest one is used for communication purposes, phone lines, radio towers, computers, a place where the people can talk to people across the country. Though they have been ordered never to reveal anything, or willingly invite anyone from outside the Flatlands into Trummor or any part of New York.
The Second building is used for commerce, buying and selling whatever goods that come in or out of the city. It's slow, it's small, but it gets money in which is all that matters for survival. The last building was a hotel, luckily, and fixed it up and redesigned it to make them into condos for the remaining population. Luckily water still flows in the establishment, and that's a definite plus to keep themselves alive. Food, water, shelter, and communication, the necessities of life in its simplest of forms.
