Intimidating names, yes, but on the contrary it is probably the best known safe haven of the city. With police surrounding the building to protect the normality, they make sure there's absolutely no funny business in this one piece of area they have been able to salvage from all of the chaos. It used to be a place filled with nothing but offices and cubical, used for corporate businessmen to just type away on their computers and let the stocks do the rest.
Now it is your general place for everything you could ever find. Bowling on the third floor, building B, a General store on the fifth floor, building A. And with a total of 30 floors per building, this is a place to be reckoned with. It was refurbished for the innocent citizens of the city to actually be leisurely and carefree in this city of uncontrollable terror. However, every now and again, a crime does occur, and a policeman misses that one person who fired off the gun on the tenth floor of building A. Sometimes that group of Black Occult members slips passed the guards, and gathers nonchalantly. Which is Why even H.A.V.E.N members have to be posted here every once in awhile to make sure nothing gets out of hand. Because sometimes the police alone can't stop someone as the likes of Black Occult.
