Manhattan, one of the best known cities that never sleep. The most populated location in the U.S. Second to Japan's Tokyo. With a population of 1,634,795 and insubstantially rising and falling in an area of only 23 square miles. With a grand total of 71,201 residents per square mile, more or less. Basically, it would be best not to cause too much havoc in this place, or there would be at least three witnesses no matter where you went in this city.
Unfortunately, Big Apple has the largest quantity of paranormal activity throughout the Long Island Area than any other location. The police do little or nothing about these 'happenings', due to the threat level. This is where H.A.V.E.N comes into the city and clear things up before too many people have time to notice. Because even though they can efficiantly get a job done, there are going to be sightings of the paranormal level by citizens and bystanders. Keeping it to a minimal, if not nothing, is priority.
It is also unfortunate that this is the top location for members of Visio Dei, most of them misunderstood, however they freely use their powers in public. H.A.V.E.N tries to keep posted in the area to make sure that nothing erupts in the area. Black Occult is also a menace in the area, but they are second priority to the Visio Dei problems, seeing how they show up less frequently.
