Have you got a homemade costume you’re proud of putting your blood, sweat, and tears into?
Then this is the contest to show ‘em off! mrgreen

RULES AND GUIDELINES

We know costumes take a while to make, so you don’t really have to slap together one for this contest! eek If you’re up to it, that’s fine, but for the most part, you’re depending on pictures of cosplays past.

You are only allowed to enter ONE kind of costume. You can provide several pictures of one costume, if you want to show angles and poses and such, but you cannot provide several pictures of different costumes.

**NEW RULE** You're not limited to Tales of Symphonia. In light of the opening of our General "Tales of..." Series Discussion subforum, we'll allow cosplays of the other Tales games. 3nodding

If you're submitting a picture of yourself in a group shot (if, for some reason, that's the only kind you can find), be sure to point out who you are.

My Tales of Symphonia Cosplay: Sheena Fujibayashi~

I think it turned out well, but I wish I had been able to get my hair to style like hers. D=
My hair hates to cooperate with me. >_<;

I aplogize for the blurriness/low quality of the last two..
They were my only examples of the crouching pose. ^_^;

Oh, and the black thing around my neck in photo 2 is just my convention tag turned backwards.
I wore this costume to Otakon 2005, 2007, and 2008.

EDIT: Ok so first off, I did not have a wig so that's gonna set me back. I'm sorry I can't buy anything online. So I tried a party store....as you can see neither normal nor wig worked. So I tried with a kitty hat....... hope you guys like.

And this is totally coincidental that I made my avi look like Emil with the contest. XD Forgot I was in it when I was making him. anyways here they are:

I've done a few Tales cosplay, but I think I'll show the one that I look most normal in. (Which, sadly, is not Tear Grants, because she is my favorite.) While I made this cosplay for Otakon last year, I have more recent (and better) pics for it.
If this is for Symphonia cosplay only, than please ignore this entry, because this is Reala from Tales of Destiny II >_<

Am I allowed to call a spot? I have to actually get some decent pictures of my Celcius costume since I don't seem to have any.

The only one I have is not internet-worthy, as I wasn't paying attention at all xD

I had mostly forgotten that this costume existed, since I didn't get many pictures taken while I wore it. I'm not really much of a camera fan, even in cosplay^^;
I still have the costume though, so once I get back home (I'm currently visiting my family) I will put it on and take some pictures, unless all the slots have filled up by then (I go home the 15th or 16th).

I regret entering this contest because I forgot to take into account my complete lack of photogenicness>>

I absolutely hate all the pictures I took in the costume, so I am only sharing one. If that disqualifies me or something, so be it. No one needs to see the terribleness of the other pictures xD

(I'm standing on my bed for lack of anywhere decent in my house/area to take pictures)

I had forgotten how annoying the stupid makeup for this costume was, since I've only worn it once before and that was two years ago. I still think the wigform looks better in the wig than I do though Take a look
You can also see the wristbands there.

I can share some more pictures of the costume itself if you like, I just won't be modeling it : p (or maybe I'll just pull a 'ghost in the shell' and stick the laughing man sticker over my face)
