This is an RP designed to emphasise the villains of Gotham City. This does NOT mean that the heroes are not allowed to show up.
-takes place at the beginning of the No Man's Land era, meaning there is rubble and destruction everywhere, and the police are few and at war with each other just as much as with the criminals and mobs.
-Joker WILL kill characters that are absent for more than three pages, or two weeks, whichever comes second. The only way to avoid this is to write yourself out. No exceptions. If Joker kills your character, that character CANNOT come back. I will be keeping a list in this post of deceased characters, so that everyone will know.
This RP will open in a week, so get ready.

OMG! No Mans Land? Zephyr joins! ZEPHYR JOINS!!!!
But, just one question: about the being absent for three pages thing, what if it's a case where you're only absent for one day, but everyone else is on posting so much they get that much posted somehow, but you only missed a single day from being on here because real life got in the way? Would you still be killed off? eek

No, Zephyr. Your character would not get killed off. I said three pages or two weeks, whichever comes SECOND. One day does not equal two weeks. Both conditions must be fulfilled before Joker gets to kill a character.
