And what have you done with Cas? Haha. Not telling.
At first, I was going to have Cas show up instead of Anna, but I honestly have no idea how he's going to get out of this one. He can't beat an archangel, can he? But he's going to be around next season in some form. Where does that leave him? Apparently Kripke knows what he's doing, but I have absolutely no idea, so Cas is going to be AWOL for this fic.
I'm also leaving out what Anna has been through. I figure Dean doesn't know that she was captured, so he's not going to bring it up, whereas he would probably want to know how Cas kicked the a** of the most powerful weapon in heaven. That allows me to use her, but also completely ignore her adventure in heaven, or wherever.
I'm really excited for the ending of this fic, actually. Inspiration hit me this morning, and I got the some of the dialogue and an outline for the final scene all written out. It's going to be fun. But first, I have 2 or 3 chapters to write in between. I only have ideas for 2 chapters so far, but I feel like I need a 3rd, just to drag out the suspense. I don't know. We'll see.
