Set up story
Karn has invited you to go on a voyage with him to a distant land, known only to few as Sinthao. He wishes to return for personal reason's that have yet to be disclosed to you. He hands you a book that has a brief description of Sinthao in it. "Sinthao is a large land mass with Thirteen separate Kingdoms. Twelve of them are each governed by a separate race, Except one remains neutral, and that is were the twelve kings and queens meet every year to discus matters of importance. The Races that govern in Sinthao are Drow, Dwarfs, Humans, Elves, Ogres, Trolls, Orcs, Chitines, Frogfolk, Halflings, Kartiskles, and the Dren."
Story
You arrive at the docks of Arcannon a port city with in the neutral country. the are is salty from the smell of the ocean. In the harbor stands a large statue of a Knight holding a sword above his head and a shield in the other. Once the boat is docked there are plunty of people loading ships, and selling fish and goods from their boats. You can see the busy plaza from the ship and the bustle of people walking around. The most prominent land mark how every Is a mile high tower in the middle of the city.
