OK! I realize that this anime may not be a very well known one, but it IS a very popular shonen/sports anime. Don't let the name fool you: this anime is a very good one. Obviously, being a shonen anime, it has action (during matches, anyway), but also is very funny. And unlike Naruto fillers, the episodes that don't appear in the manga are funny. It's worth the time, trust me. If you DO watch this anime, you're free to discuss anything about it here.

I had a tough time deciding who to vote for, but I chose Taka-san. My two other favorite characters are Momo-chan and Karupin.

Even the critics that praised the show said that it takes time for it to truly develop. You need patience for it, and you told me at school that you haven't watched that much of it. I highly if you've watched it at all. If you don't like it, you don't have to post on this forum.

Dude, it doesn't matter what critcs say, critcs said that transformers 2 was a great film but we all see what a lie that was. While it's true that there are some people how have gotten used to this anime and think it is cool that still does not mean that it's very good at all. For every 1 person you find who likes this anime I can find 3 who don't. But as I was saying just because critcs, you, and a few, few others say it's great does not mean it is. But in all fairness just because I say it is not doesn't mean it's not. Maybe it is and I just don't see why. And yes I will post in this forum even though I don't like this anime. Im just giving my oppinion. This is the "The Prince of Tennis" forum, not the "I love Prince Tennis, don't post in here if you don't"forum.

It doesn't matter if it had great cgi! That still doesn't make up for its many flawss. Saying the cgi is graet so therefore the movie is great is like putting a dimond on a pile of crap and calling it a masterpiece.

I respect your opinion, but I didn't say "Don't post here", I said "You don't have to post here if you don't like it." Oh, and by the way, the anime was very popular in Japan. The only reason that it wasn't very popular in America was because the English episodes have TERRIBLE voice acting, and Americans tend to be a little less patient. And tennis isn't as popular here.
