I'm curious to know what everyone thinks of the newest Cash Shop Items that are coming out on Gaia and what your favorite items are and why, lol. Yeah, I know curiosity killed the cat and it might get this one too, lol..but seriously,..I see all these forums with debates about the influx of items now and the decline in quality of the MC's and I can't help but wonder what everyone thinks of these things..so help me out here guys. I for one love all the items that Gaia comes out with though I do think that the evolving items could use more time and effort put into them...why? Because we spend so much darn money on them is why!lol. Whether you purchase them in the cash shop or on the marketplace, the evolving items lately have only had like a couple of poses or so per evolution...I for one remember when the EI's had like six or seven poses (well maybe not quite that many but you get the drift) every evolution that made them worth buying and made the investment make sense. Now I'm not so sure that I even want to keep buying them or not...even though I know I will, if only for the fact that they are considered to be rare items even by Gaia's standards for the most part, lol.

no cash in my pocket but yes mp prices are pretty high... though i try my best to go to the trades forum where you can barter with other gaians... you can get a better price there.. not to mention avoiding the 2% gold deduct from buying at mp

You know I've never had any luck in the Exchange or even on the chatterbox for trying to get rid of something? I've had this stupid VO doll forever now and all I want to do is trade it for one of the new Bone Demon masks, lol...hell...my doll actually costs more than the Bone Demon mask and I've still had no luck....*sigh...stupid gaia for setting such ridiculous prices and such....and yeah I know I'm asking a lot for it on the marketplace but heck...to get even half the things I want I need at least that much..that's why I'm asking as much as I am for it..because at one point it was worth much more than that to tell you the truth, lol.

Really? Hm... Well everything is about timing in that forum and its like CB where its so fast XD But keep trying and someone will bound to come across it who will buy it :3 Though if its an expensive item less ppl will be able to afford it so yeah~

I've tried that too...only problem is the stuff people want to trade me for is stuff I either already have (very common as my inventory is large, lol) or they don't want to trade anything for what the doll is worth...that's why I picked the Bone Demon mask to try and trade for...it's something I don't have and it actually costs less than vo doll...but still nobody wants the damn thing. I'd even trade blessings for it and have advertised it but still no one is interested...*sigh. damn vo doll.

I just love them all so far. I do agree with Beth about the time and effort part but I must say I am really enjoying the Kottan Bell and Reve! They really are not that new but still on the edge of new lol. The whole special key for the aquariums was going to be so exciting right? Well the first set of prizes I thought was just so so but the next set I see I love! Only problem is I can't seem to get anything but the stinkin coral thingy!! UGH!

First it depends on the item and how expensive it is, lol...items that are low priced like around 5000g or less go ahead and buy usually cause they're prices won't change very much, but the more expensive the item, well,....I've noticed that the more expensive the item,...the more it goes up in cost. So chances are if the item in question is like 50000 or more I'd buy it right then if I had the chance because chances are it'd go up even higher and be pricier later on. But then again it also depends on if it's an evolving item too. Evolving items tend to go down sometimes during evolution changes..so be cautious buying them...and always buy the late gens if you can..they're usually the cheapest. Though you'll have to wait for the item to evolve..it's still worth saving the money to get it, lol. And as to why my name would be in blue? No idea, lol.

for evolving items i usually just buy whatever gen i can afford, whish never happens to be 1st >< but telsys obsessed with getting 1st gen xD

lol, first gens make for good collectors items provided you never sell them. That's where their true value lies in. The original item will always...always be worth more than anything else in the end. Which means years down the road if she decides to sell something, she'll be raking in dough for her first gens I expect, lol. Same holds true for any collector, lol.
