The following is a list of rules, and Member Terms of Use. These rules are Non-Negotiable, and are subject to Change at any time.
1. Do not argue with a moderator.
2. Posing as Guild Staff and ordering other members around will result in a warning, then being banned from the guild, if the problem persists.
3. All members are REQUIRED to set up a profile upon entrance to the guild. Profile MUST be based upon your avatar, and follow guild guidelines for acceptable ensemble. Once set up the "base" character may NOT be changed, without Xain or Night Demon's DIRECT permission, but may be updated providing suitable RP or reasons behind the change, such as a promotion or new power granted by guild staff.
4. NO cyber. You are entitled to your sex life but do NOT share it with us.
4-a. Members are required to be fully clothed at all times. Cleavage on females is acceptable, as well as a bit of leg, and males may be shirtless or wear shorts, but no member is to wear anything that can be deemed "Inappropriate" or Overtly Sexual.
5. NO 'txt' talk, use proper grammar, first time offenders will be warned, banning will follow if the problem persists.
6. NO slavery. Slavery goes against everything this guild stands for, offenders WILL be banned without warning.
7. Posting new topics are only for the Moderators, except in "Open RP Areas". Have any ideas from a new place; please approve it through Xain.
8. Debating on what you want for the Guild is not an option. When the answer is No, please don’t pursue the issue any further, However if enough people were to agree that a new area needs to be posted, or some other feature they would like to see, Guild Staff will consider the proper way to go about it, and the idea may then be implemented. However, Badgering a Person to join your cause, by whatever means (Threats, persistent bothering, bribery, or other forms of coercion, other than logical reasoning) WILL be met with immediate Banishment.
9. Do not post unnecessarily. Any post that is not part of an event or a post in the roleplay will be deleted.
10. Unexcused, prolonged periods of Absences will be accepted to an extent. People who are absent for long periods of time without notice to guild Staff will face banning.
11. Badgering Guild members for items, gold and donations of any kind, after they said no, will result in being banned, without warning. Badgering may be reported directly to Magus Ninja Xain, all reports must provide proof, in the form of a screen shot.
12. ONLY ONE OF EACH Character From any existing anime, manga, graphic novel, television show or otherwise popular culture shall be accepted to not only this guild, but the ENTIRE family of Shadow Hunters Guilds.
13. Advertising another guild or RP group in this guild is one of the fastest ways to get yourself in trouble. So if you have your various guilds in your Signature, do not attach the signature to your posts.
14. All guild Members are REQUIRED to wear a Ninja headband of some kind. Accepted Items include;

"Radicool Trim Headbands" in any color

"SDPlus #25 Liam Headband"
"Mao's Hachimaki"
"Daigo's Headband"
"Black Ops Gear Stealthy Headband"
"Fremere's Guard Headbands" in all varieties
"Inari's Beads Headband"
"Samurai Yoroi" either headband or helmet
"Steel-plated Ninja Headband"
"WTF Hat Punk Ninja"
Or "Ninja Fish Shadow Gear Mask".
Assistance may be provided to Anyone, up to a certain amount, Or a person may buy a "Dragon and Kai (In Heaven)" from Guild Leader Xain for the Sum of 2,500 Gold. If a person cannot afford to buy one from the Guild Leader, one may be provided, proving the person sends a PM to Magus Ninja Xain, promising to do the following two things: 1.) they must promise to never sell the Ninja Headband, if they received it for free. And 2.) If the person decides to leave the Guild, they will then return the item to Guild Leader Xain, unless they pay the sum of 2500 Gold. On Rare occassions Xain MAY decide to gift the item to a person, but will not respond to begging, whining, pleading, or threats. (The Price of the Dragon and Kai Headband is subject to change.)
15. While Xain is the owner of this guild, it is a child of the Shadow Hunters Main guild, and if Xain's brother, "Master Slayer Lanyx", Sister-in-law-to-be, "Korital Drathir", or Friend "Orochikuma" show up and give an order, it IS to be taken as Law. Failure to meet this rule may result in instantaneous Death, and the banishment of your soul the Ninth Circle of Hell (That's the worst level, by the way ^_^).
16. Our Guild features a banking system differing from most. Instead of depositing any donations into the guild account, they should all be donated to TSHFirstBankandTrust, through a trade. These donations, which may also include items, will be used, as the moderators see fit to improve the guild, or help guild members obtain an item they may need, or even be used later as funding for prize events. Donations may include any item a person does not want, nothing is too small. Any items from random gaia events are appreciated.
