Here there is a training ring, along with punching bags, and other sparring and excercise equipment... here you can stretch, do calisthenics, exercise, and you can also teach other people new moves and tactics here in the ring

*Christie was busy doing excercises, getting herself prepped up for her upcoming match, although had no clue as to who she was fighting yet, starting to do jumping jacks and other calisthenics*

*Vicky walked in wearing her usual clothes with a towel over her shoulder and nodded to the other girls before positioning herself infront of the punching bag. She had alot of pent up energy and needed to vent it on something*

*She punched at it weakly a few times to test it's durability but it still made the bag swing. Steadying it with one hand she concentrated all her power and fired an extremly powerful punch to the bag nearly breaking it from the chain.* "Oh boy..." *She sighed and let her face rest in her hand not even slightly tired*

*Christie stopped, seeing Vicky knock the punching bag off the chains, impressed, but turned away before she could look at her, resuming her exercises* "hope I don't have to go against her..." *She thought*

*Instead of continuing with her power pucnches she began to rally the bag with consecutive series of punches keeping the bad in one point.*

*She looks over, seeing there is a bar to do pull ups and other excercises, hooking her legs on it and started to pull herself up repeatedly, crossing her arms over her chest*

*black rose walked in her arms crossed looking over the equipment as she then walked over to a speed bag punching it once getting a feel for it as she then began to start throwing rapid punches repeatedly*

amy walks in and looks around just doing a look over as she stood at 6'3 wearing what her gaia is weairng tho showing her body was very built in all the right spots as she looks around
