I just went and threw some things together in a stirfry because I was hungry, and it turned out really great!
Veggies/Fruit used:
Pineapple (about a cup)
Yellow Onion (1 and 1/2 onions, sliced so that they were in "ring" form)
Red Potatoes (about a cup and a half, or four small potatoes, cut into squares)
Carrots (2 carrots, diced)
Celery (2 stalks of celery, diced)
Garlic Cloves (2 large cloves, minced)
Sauces/Spices, all of which were mixed into a bowl prior to cooking:
Terriyaki Sauce (about 2 tablespoons)
Soy Sauce (about 1 tablespoon)
Sesame Ginger Sauce (about 2 tablespoons)
Worcestershire Sauce (about 1 tablespoon)
Curry (about 1 teaspoon)
Table Salt (about 1/2 teaspoon)
Brown Sugar (about 1 tablespoon)
Other:
Vegetable oil to keep things from sticking (about 1/4 a cup).
I put in the vegetable oil in a skillet and left cooking on high until it started to boil, then added the minced garlic, sauces and onion. (I turned the stovetop on to low at this point). After the onion had started to separate and soften, I added the carrots and celery. I let it cook until everything was softened and had taken on a browned color.
Once cooled, I spooned it over jasmine rice (pre-cooked), and tada! It was delicious. biggrin
