Jex was sitting around the campfire along with the other campers and leaders. She was going to tell one hell of a story to them tonight. She was going to wait for a bit however, just to let them all get settled down in their seats.

Kathrine walked to the camp fire and sat in a seat that had nobody else around her. She sighed waiting for things to start. She loved a good story, she smiled thinking about what story could take place tonight.

Jex noticed some of the campers starting to fill in the seats. She poked at the fire and saw that it was in a need of a log. So she turned and grabbed a couple pieces of fire wood and carefully laid them on. Adjusting her glasses, she found the fire fitting for now.

Kathrine got up and walked towards Tripp. "You're sick...you've been here all week and all you've done was...rip bears' heads off..." She stared at the bear. "Poor bear..." She sighed.

"Don't come crying to me when you end up dead" Tripp called after her before starting to skin the bear so he could cook the meat over the fire

Jex had no idea that this year would be like this. She watched as the bear meat was cooking on the fire. She knew what he did, and understood why they placed him here. Death sentances are not that easy to hand out any more. So they send the criminals here when they need a hush hush death. She sometimes felt used, but her magic was put to great use here. Telling a story is the cover for her magic. She started to look around for Kat. "I wonder where he is." She asked herself.

"Ya know, I don't need a weapon to kill somthing" Tripp smirked as he cut the meat into peices "And I wouldn't be like this if it wasn't for my step-father, the only thing that b*****d gave me was when he gouged out my left eye with a spoon on my sixth birthday"

"Wow..."Kathrine said taking her seat again. "There is no way in a million years that i'm gonna eat bear..." She stared at the burning meat in the fire disgusted. Even though she was raised mostly in Ohio she couldn't get rid of her english accent. It was stuck to her for life. she usually visits her hometown every once in a while but she decided to come here this summer. She sat up straight trying not to pay any attention to the fire.

Kathrine rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. "I've seen a gouged out eye before, doesnt scare me or disgust me...I'd rather see your empty eye socket than eat a bear..." Kathrine turned to Tripp. "Go ahead, amuse me..." She said in a emotionless tone while smiling.

"As you wish" Tripp said lifting the eyepatch to reveal an empty eye socket with dried blood, a couple dead flies, a few ounces of mucus and it appered to be infected

"Oh scary! oh so disgusting! i think i might faint!" Kathrine said sarcastically. She rolled her eyes and folded her arms again. "You have to remember that everybody isnt afriad of those kinds of things....My little brother wouldnt even be scared of that!" She chuckled. "Tell me when different kinds of bugs start coming out of it and maybe i'll pay attention then!" She said as she turned around.

Kathrine walked over and Grabbed the millepede. "Harmless thing!" She scoffed. The messed with the bug and put it on Tripps shoulder. "I've studied 97 different species of bugs...Even bees...They're harmless if you just leave them alone and let them work...Spiders...same thing....all they want is bugs to eat..Give a bug to them and they'll leave you alone..That..or a mere bug couldn't scare me in a million years..." She said as she pointed to his eye socket and the bug. "Learn some new tricks on scaring people....I'm starting to get sick of the classics...." She rolled her eyes. Tripp was nothing compared to the other things she seen when she was younger, she used to watch horror movies at the age of 6. She didn't even care if he was a criminal, it still didn't worry her. Even though during the week she did think he was sort of cute, he still wasn't her type, and she wasn't going to start dating for a long time.
