Okay…this story is a bit…well, tricky to write. I love the idea of it, but it definitely goes into untrod territory for me. I had thought about it and thought about it, but it wouldn’t go away, so I finally decided to write it.

However, it’s been a good long while since I first wrote it, and my writing style has evolved since then, so I will have to rewrite the first few chaps as I go (and before I post the new stuff).

Also, this is rated ‘T/T+’ for a reason – I will warn you now: there is a mention of non-con. It won’t happen in the first chap & it’s not graphic, but it is there. If you don’t know what ‘non-con’ is...well...I don’t quite know what to say to that; you can PM me and I’ll tell you.

I suggest seeing anime episode 13 – ‘Mystery of the New Moon and the Black-Haired Inuyasha’ – or reading the equivalent manga chaps before reading this. It’s not by any means necessary, but if you haven’t seen/read them, then it would set the stage for the first chap.

And even though I totally think the manga kicks the anime’s butt, this fic is NOT manga compliant – it would have to be in the anime-verse, about 2yrs post-ending, with the search and battle still ongoing.
