Kiona entered smirking lightly, at least they had a place for him to work out. Kiona looked around at all the equipment and smirked rolling his neck letting it pop.
"What to start on, what to start on?"
Kiona stated moving over to a table with equipement. He started to wrap his hands and wrists in tape , soon moving and working on his ankles and feet as he moved over to a heavy weight bag soon wailing on it the sounds of his limbs pummeling the heavy back making it swing as if it was a feather in the wind. He was still shirtless from just wearing the bleached white slacks/leggings/jeans.

Nana had changed in the locker room to her normal boxing outfit. She had on a tight tube top and a pair of shorty shorts. They were both black, and had sliver moons printed on them. She was also wearing a pair of black short gloves, and a pair of light shoes. Well she wasn't sure if you could call them shoes or not. They were like toeless socks really. Just enough to keep the bottoms of her feet from getting cut up. Her silver braclet and anklet, silver in color as well, came with her to the room. After she finished placing them on, Nana walked out to the room some more. She was putting her hair up in a poiny when she heard someone in the room already. She walked over to find Kiona punching the bag like crazy. "You know, thats not the correct weight for you." She said as she placed a hand on her hip.

Kiona said sliding the mask atop his head and looked over at her the wolfish grin spreading across his lips at her attire. A light sheen of sweat seeming to frame his physique even more in the light.

Nana gave a smirk, her outfits turned anyone on, even some of the females. Black made her stand out, the skipiness added on to the fact. She walked over to one of the walls and took off a glove. Placing her hand on a spot, a light scanned it and the wall opened up. She walked inside and dragged out a bag as the wall closed back up. "This is what the shadow and I use." The bag weighed a good 50 tons, and was heavily chained to the ceiling, which was steel inforced. Placing back on her glove she got on the other side, took her pose and hit the bag dead on with a killer right hook, sending it to the left.

"That seems unfair for someone as poor and Defenseless as a bleached with out his powers like me."
Kiona grinned at her as he ran his hand over the marked symbol on his as he moved over to where she was training with the bag watching her much like a wolf.
Waiting for her to throw another hit and moved quickly pinning her to the wall his scent strong, not a odor, but a pleasant scent one that screamed power and dominance, yet here he was a sealed one.
"Amazing isnt it before you could have thrown me through the main room when I tackled you, or even kicked me across the compound yet you didn't."
Kionas head moved closer to her ear.
"You enjoyed being pinned by me, by me not being afraid of you, something dominating you in something more then power alone"
Kionas words were warm unlike cold before his warm breath trickling off her ear and down her neck, like a mist of lips caressing her flesh.

Nana's eyes glowed with intertainment. "This room is padded." She said as she bit his ear and then threw him down on the floor. "I would of gotten in trouble if I beat the crap out of you in the main room." She had slid on top of him. "I do better on top, unless its in a bed." She smiled and then flipped on over his head, making sure to give him a full clevage view. She was flirting with him, but hay, she was single and stuck in this stupid jail house.

Kiona grinned catching her wrists as she flipped over him, using his weight to throw her off balance letting her land on her back he was now pinning her, phyiscaly he was bigger and let it take a mental affect on her as he pinned her wrists above her head on the mat and leaded now nipping at the hollow infront of her neck, watching her catch her breath. Quickly licking the flesh where he bit. How he hand landed her legs could easily wrap around him but he also had a knee strategically placed, so that if she moved she would rub up against it in her tight shorts. Kiona didnt say a word more of using a primal growel when he nipped her neck.

Nana laughed as she new how crazy he was going. She decided to toy with him, so she wrapped her legs around his waist. "Meow!" She said simple. Not much else to do, she could over power him again and throw him to the side, but she thought of how much fun that wouldn't be.
(Gots to go for the night. You need to get on earlier. ><)

Kiona smiled at her shifting so one of his hands pinned both of hers above her head and kept his wolfish grin at her meow leaning down and growling in her ear as he nipped it and kissed down her jawline. Soon Kiona's lips were hovering not even a centimeter from her lips.

Cat had just entered the room, and had finished putting the mugs, tray of cookies and the pot of cocoa down quietly on a nearby bench while the two were 'distracted' by this so called match. Fortunately, the two were facing in such a way that he remained out of sight to them when he entered.
He sits down, and watches, still silent, noticing the weight of the bag, and shakes his head... always like Nana to show off.
He did not like it that the jerk with the hormone problem was there as well, but as long as he was not trying to hurt Nana, and Nana seemed to be enjoying herself, he would bide his time...
As the 'match' continued, he pulls out a small book and a seperate, newer notebook and begins to read, keeping an eye on the two sparring...

Nana heard the light foot steps of Cat, and wanted some of his hot coco. "Sorry, Play time is over." She said as she used her strength to flip them both over thier heads. While he landed on his back, she was able to land on her feet. Using the hand that he was holding on to her with, she picked him up again, and flipped him to the right, once again hard on his back. "Its coco time!" She said as she walked over to Cat. "Ah! Thank you!" She proclaimed as she sat next to the tray. Picking up a cup, she sniffed it and then took a small sip. "Mmmm" She loved it.

Liz came to explore the whole place. She decided since no one seemed to notice her yet, she should just walk around and see the sights. She saw a lot of other inmates but hasn't seen anyone she particularly liked yet.

"eep! what was that noise?" Liz was freaked out by that sudden sneeze. Her shriek still has that low rattle that sends chills into people's spines (not a vampire power, just her own skill). As she shrieked she was surprised to see Nana and a new guy she hsan't met yet. "oh... it was you Nana... you almost gave me a heart attack..."
