[xoxo]The year is 3XXX, the setting, Haven, what will happen, only you can decide. "We've created a world where corruption and greed is the only way to maintain a somewhat peaceful life...without locking yourself up in a asylum and living the rest of your days in a cushioned room." Haven, a city that at first sight seems utterly amazing, busy streets, buzzing people, clean buildings, but that is only a mirage, a trap that the Venus fly trap sets to lure you little flies into it's mouth before locking you up and never letting you escape.
[xoxo]"First come, first serve, who ever rules this city, rules the world.", and indeed, who ever did rule this city, ruled the world. Countless wars have been started and ended during all these years, Haven is one of the last cities still left standing among the wastelands we used to call planet earth, and not only one of the last cities, but the one with the most resources along with a prototype engine known as 'Cerberus X-07' which uses nothing but thin air to produce energy and keep the city running.
[xoxo]This, only caused trouble for the city, and it wasn't long until a mafia known as 'Blood Fist' made their way into the city's officials through money, power and corruption. They had complete control and with the Cerberus X-07, they were the second most powerful organization in the world, yes, the second most powerful.
[xoxo]"There used to be a group of mercenaries..I can't recall just how many there were, three? Maybe four? They called themselves the hounds of hell, killed anyone they were asked to, for the right price, good or bad, but this day in age, people just call them 'The organization' " The hounds of hell, a elite mercenary group consisting of four elite soldiers of which were the cause of the end of the majority of the wars, four gifted soldiers who were believed to have been granted the very powers of hell itself, but along with the four hounds, there was also four pups.
[xoxo]"They say that the organization is hiding in the city, either disappearing in the crowd or camouflaging themselves as citizens, i think they're waiting to be paid, to end this corrupted leadership", the pups act like spies, contacts, the link to the external world, fulfilling their duties whether they were as insignificant as getting the daily newspaper or as important as finding out the coordinates of the target, they would be the next generation of hounds, if the hounds were ever to fail.

The rules are quiet simple, they're standard and everyone should already know most of them, but I'll put them here anyways.(o1.) No god modding or Power playing. If you're caught doing it, you're out.
(o2.) Follow the Gaia ToS.
(o3.) No cybering. Romance and action are welcomed.
(o4.) No killing a character without permission, although 'puppets' can be killed, but please don't go overboard.
(o5.) If you read the rules, put the last phrase in the introduction as the pm title.
(o6.) There are only 4 hounds and 4 pups, that will not change.
(o7.) Try to keep the character roles balanced, also, keep one liners to a minimum and use good grammar and spelling.

.Dons.
[xo]The two leaders of the mafia, they have complete and utter authority in the city and cannot be questioned, unless you wish to be killed, they were the ones who took over Haven.
.Enforcers.
[xo]The main sheriffs in town, they act as a sort of intimidation and warning to anyone who goes against the mafia, they also have control over the soldiers.
.Soldiers.
[xo]The 'pawns' of the mafia, they're basically like the police, they patrol around, making sure everything is going as planned and that nothing is going on without the mafia's approval.
[[Organization roles]]
.Hounds.
[xo]The four elite mercenaries that sustain the organization, their personalities vary from hound to hound. Like the rumors say, they are gifted, but not with super powers or any of that stuff, they are simply genetically enhanced human beings, who posses heightened senses, faster reaction time, they're faster, stronger, you get the idea, they also age slower. They've disregarded the idea of a age but maintain that idea intact with the pups for the sake of the self awareness of their growth.
.Pups.
[xo]Disciples of a sort, they were given the same treatment as the hounds from birth and have been with their correspondent hounds, they have only shown a small portion of the complete power that will bloom in them as they grow, their ages may vary anywhere from 15 to 19. Their specialty is being able to spy or blend into crowds or surroundings very easily, it's almost impossible to catch them although they can barely fight.

.Citizens.
[xo]Normal citizens, nothing special, they can range anywhere from your local engineer, the lady that sells food down the block, the mail man.
.Homeless.
[xo]Citizens who have fallen into poverty, usually unable to gain any job or money they resort to stealing and make their homes from scrap metal and other outdated supplies in abandoned alleyways.

Already he had eagle eyes, he had only missed one single bullet in his whole carrier, and that’s because he sneezed. Taking into account this and the fact that he had been genetically enhanced he was a deadly, if not godly, enemy to face from a distance, his close combat skills were not the best but still surpassed your average decorated soldier and the two strange blades were much sharper than they seemed. I look like this: The CityMy master: FFVII_Tifa Lockhart_FFVII My name is: Kari Kamiya But you call me: Kari, Kar-Kar (by what's left of her family or close friends) I've lived this long: 16 I am a: High School Student, Part time diner waitress I am like: Kari is a bit strange as some would put it. She is often seen alone though she has plenty of friends, but she doesn't complain. She tends to feel confined from everyone, like she's invisible to them...probably because she has such a soft voice, though she is told multiple times that she is there and she can be seen. She's very good at singing and often does it when she's sad or lonely, which would be most of the time, if not almost most of the time.
Normally, she is Childish, Bubbly, Hyper, Cheerful, Kind-Hearted, Caring, a big Clutz, a bit Clueless, She is also a Troublemaker and a bit shy, no make that VERY shy around new people that she meets. She always absolutely loved to play pranks on anyone and everyone when she was younger, that often got her into a lot of trouble with the adult population. Jeez, who thought a quiet, innocent girl like her could cause so much trouble back in the day.
She can also be Calm, Intelligent, Determined, Mischievious, Hard-headed, Curious, Daredevilish, and Adventurous. She is Distant most of the time. She is more of the DID (Damsel in Distress) type of girls. She can be very Annoying if she feels like it and even careless, which makes her pull stupid stunts and usually endangers the people she's with and herself or just herself and results in her having to be saved by someone in which she really doesn't care who. She was almost always seen smiling before her parents were killed, now she smiles a sad smile.
She is a fast-learner. She hates to lose and would do anything to win, even if it involves almost getting herself killed, she wants to make her parents proud. Although she looks tough, sad, and quiet, she's really a cheerful loveable girl at Heart. She is very very overprotective of things most precious to her.
A few other things about Kari are that she is afraid of death, she hates the thought of it, though she knows that death is part of life. She hates crying, she is what you could call a 'cry baby', meaning, she cries easily. She is also eaily manipulated, which can prove to be very fatal. She hates pain, mental and physical, she can handle it for a little while, but eventually it becomes too much for her. She has a great fear of heights aswell. This is my past: Kari was born into a very caring family. Her mother and father loved her very much and she the same in return. Her parents helped her through many problems she came across if it being about her shyness, or anything else. Her Grandfather and Grandmother also helped her greatly. They were a very happy Family. But sadly, it seems the world had other plans...Her parents were killed, died in a car crash that Kari believes was planned by someone. Her Grandparents adopted her afterwards.
It killed Kari inside that her parents, the ones who raised her, were gone and she soon distanced herself from others, even her own Grandparents who she was usually very close to. She swore to make her parents proud even if she had to go to the ends of the Earth to do it. Kari did not want to become the shy, quiet girl she is now when around other people, but she felt like it was the only way to not get in the way of others as a Hindrance. She hopes to prove herself to others so they would learn not to underestimate her. She is well aware of everything happening with the Mafia and such, though she wishes she didn't. She doesn't find fighting and killing very pleasing. Not at all.
