Overview
Your eyes are open. in some shape or form you have been awakened to shadows that stalk the night, the monsters that hunt the weak and the true shady underbelly of the established government.
Vampires,Werewolves,Ghosts,Magi, and the Humans who stand to oppose them. They all see the reality of the world, and manipulate it, the rest are the prey, the innocent, and the sleepers towards how the world really is.
Welcome to Ottawa, Capital of Canada and the powerhouse of supernatural activity since it is the source of power and control.
Rules:
1. Play nice, no puppeting, no god moding
2.Respect the natural order: Laws still exist, murder is not legal. Neither is brandishing weapons or dealing drugs.
3. Vampires don't die from a stake to the heart, it hurts them, and it pisses them off, but it won't stop them. Decapitation or Fire. Also Sunlight (Since it was a curse placed upon them)
4. Werewolves need at least ten minutes to shift into hybrid and another to switch to full Gauru (Werewolf form)
5. Anyone who gets the Storyteller or Narrator or Enforcer roll will have some power over the certain aspects, listen to them please.

7.No overpowering weapons: Unless you can reasonably explain a sensible way of getting your hands on one, no one should have C4, RPG's, .50 caliber rifles or rare or military weapons. Storytellers+Narrators may override weapon choices.
Storytellers: Ultimate Control, any arguments are to be passed by them
