If I was to challenge you, could I use my garchomp?
I didn't EV train him, and I used him throughout the story of the game...
He is strong, but if you cap him at lvl 50, he's roughly as strong (attack stat wise) as the rest of my team.

Yes, you can use Garchomp.
By no ubers i meant no legends.

ok, cool. I would hate if I couldn't use him, he's not really a tank, but I didn't really do much to make him hated...

I was gonna be the psychic gym leader with my gardevoir as the main attraction but I was stuck between psychic, water, ice and dragon ._.
