Asharn, James, and Yagari wait in the barracks as the guard captain of the town begins to breif them.
"alright, the enemy will likely be trying to get to the mythril mine but they will first have to get past our wall then they will have to take out our ranks guarding the gate, walls, and mine." the captain explains.

((about flacking time. we have been waiting for you to wake up.))

"well Yagari it is abundantlly clear that he expects us to take up posts in specific areas." Asharn replied to him.

((yeah, tim told me))

"you hero's have to take control of our regiments posted in three parts of the town. the gate, the town square, and the mines. all we know about our enemy is that the reproduce numbers rapidly. we dont know how or who they are." the captain explained.

"very well I shall take control of the mines regiment" Asharn said.
((by the way tims computer is seriously lagging))

"Sounds good to me, I just get more fun." James said grinning as he stood and began to walk out of the room eager to rally the troops at the gate and give them a good speech before the defense.

James was outside with two platoons of soldiers and the walls lined with archers, every one of them listening on his last word. He took a breath and spoke "Today we face a attack from one of the kingdoms to the east of here. Likely the reason is because they know we have just discovered a rich mithril mine here and they want to take it for their own. We must be strong men, the future of our kingdom, and the lives of many civilians are at stake here. Now most heros and leaders would sit back and let you men do all the dying. However as most of you likely know I am a new hero, and one that is rare to the guild, we Witch Hunters pride ourselves in our combat and seize every chance to grow stronger. So no, I wont be taking the sidelines, I will be leading you men from the battlefield itself!" As his final words trailed off through the crowd there began a low thumping noise. The archers had began to stomp a foot on the ground in unicin, the soldiers down below joined in by slamming their fists into their shields. James grinned from ear to ear "Good! Archers, prepare the oil channel so you can have a steady stream of flaming arrows. I want half of a Infantry platoon spread along the wall incase they have ladders, and I want the rest of the platoon to stay down here with me and the last infantry platoon for when they break through that gate! Now what we want is to create a concave shape around the gate so that when they flood in the only way for them to go is into our blades! Prepare yourselves men, I hear war horns in the distance!" Afterwards platoon captains began to command their leutenants to spread out in five man squads along the wall, and creating the formation that James had explained to them around the gate. James was in the dead center of this small patch of ground that was not being stood on, right in front of the gates.

Yagaris ears perked to the sound of a warhon in the distance he was standing in front of a2 platoons of soilders "Do you hear that men that is your callingyour choice to decide your fate today you will make your choices with your blades and that choice is Life or Death!" Kisu turned taking a good look at the square and a nice statue in the middle surrounded by a short wall "now men our stratagy is to take the first platon and line them behind this wall with me the second platoon quickly take cover around surrounding buildings to abush them as soon as they begin the attack fully on the center" Yagari then looked to a east pathway where he saw a small unit of archers "ah great" he said to himself with a smile "you boys quickly get on the surrounding balconys and roofs i will need your cover!" suddenly another warhorn was heard much closer this time "MEN TODAY YOU DECIDE YOUR FATE!!!!" Yagari yelled drawing his odachi and pointing the tip towards the sky in front of his troops with that the Large mass of soilders let out a "HRAHH HRAHH" and quickly took their assigned posts
