Story:

In a small town just off the dirt covered road there sat a pet shop. There were all the normal pets you would see but in the very back behind barred door lay human like people with there cat ears and cat tails. These poor nekos have been all abused in there own way and tried to run-away from this madness but was eventually caught and thrown in these small barred cages with little food and water now they are in trying to get out and they will do just about anything to find a new home to stay at with people who care.

Rules:
1. Follow the Gaian ToC.
2. Each owner should have up to two nekos for a pet.
3. I allow any type of chacters even half breads
4. PG-13 please, no cybering what so ever.
5. No spamming, auto-hitting, killing, abusing pets, god-modding, and so on. I don't want to be reporting you if you mess up.
6. If you break one rule, I'll give you a warning. If you break a second, your on the grey list. Third time, Black List and out of the forum. If you post anything over the PG-13 rating, reported, warned, and out of here instantly.
7. I'm God of this RP. I can change things if I wish.
8. Owners can't be nekos, and nekos can't be different races.
9. Treat them as friends not slaves in this rp neko came from horrible owners before then are looking for nicer ones now


Collar Colors:

Black: Depressed. Has either came from an abusive family or owner. Needs love and care from the new owner.
red: Playful. Very emotional, but extremely cheerful. Needs different things to do.
Green: Intelligent. Likes to read and write. Needs alot of books, papers, and pencils.
Purple: Calm and silent. Never talks much or is mute. Needs to be understood by the owner.
Pink: Very lovable. Shows alot of affection to the owner. Needs to be loved back.
Blue: Extremely Curios. Always askes questions. Needs to have their answers from the owner.
Yellow: extremely hyper. Never is sitting in one place for more than a few minutes. Needs to be running around with the owner.
Gold: Disobediant. Never does what is told. Needs to be under alot of supervision.
