I'm sure we're all well aware that these offers are fake and malicious. But did you know about this little petition that's being signed by other users to get rid of it?

Please, no loitering in the thread. I almost got in trouble for it. xD Whatever you do, don't go off-topic.

I'm thinking about presenting this to the Gaia booth during AX, the entire first page printed out, and asking them to remove the offers. I was wondering if anyone else would like to come and help. I don't have a set time, only that I was going to have this, and maybe an IRL SOS sign [HEY, IF I DRESS UP MY AVI LIKE MATSU BUT WITH A SIGN, I CAN SAY I'M COSPLAYING MY GAIAN AVI.] that reads "Save Our Site". Once again, I have no set time for doing this, especially since I will be volunteering at AX and gawking at my first real con.
If anyone's willing to be with me at the Gaia booth and give their story about how they've been infected with viruses because they tried an ad or ended up getting scammed, it would be greatly appreciated. I know that one of the toolbars had a virus and Windows Defender [or some other outdated/expired antivirus program] popped up, asking whether or not to delete it. I did immediately. The "offer" for that toolbar said that it must be installed for TEN, that's right, the number 10, days in order to receive cash. Yeah, and would I still have a computer by the time I got the cash?
