The bad guys never get enough credit in any game so I was wondering who is everyone's favorite villain? Who's the one that everyone hates? Why?

That's a tough one. I really like the main villain in oracle of ages. Female villains rule.

Aren't there always 2 or 3 kinds of villains in these games? I mean Ganon or Ganondorf is one that can't be excluded from a game for some reason. If you think of Zelda, there's no way you cannot think of this pig guy who can transform into other things like, a dragon in Ocarina for example.
The other popular one so far is Vaati and I think he's the main baddie in The Minish Cap and 4 Swords (GBA & Game Cube). I don't know if he's in any others though...
And now PH has a bad guy with a different name but I can't recall right now. We'll have to wait and see who the main bad guy is on Spirit Tracks which, will be compatible with the DSi. 3nodding
Sadly, I never finished the Oracle games, I tried "Of Seasons" but I hated it.

You know what? I was glad to see a different bad guy in Phantom Hourglass and I just remember his name; it's "Bellum"!
Hey Walter! Which is your favorite Ganon battle so far? I can't decide between either the one in Ocarina or the one in AlttP. neutral

A different final boss can be good in some games. That's another reason I like Zelda so much...you never know what to expect.

Yeah... it seems as though both Zelda and Castlevania have had the same final boss in most of their games, huh mistress? mrgreen You never know quite what to expect in either of them. Well, Zelda can be a bit more surprising, me thinks...

Mine is definitely Ganon, however I'm a little confused with his character, first he is portrayed as a big fat slob of a monster, now he's a fit being of terror and destruction. Call me crazy but i think the game developers were embarrassed of the first Ganon that was introduced!

That is true both Kenshin and cornell. Hmm...this is a hard one. I really like the Gerudo people. Too bad they have such big noses.

Ha-ha, you might be onto something there... however, wasn't Ganon a pig like boss in the Wind Waker as well?

I've barely seen a couple of videos of wind waker. I kinda wish I had that game on my cube... So he did look like a pig in that one too? Cool to know! Maybe Ganon was originally a Private Investigator and some kind of wizard added a "G" on his door so it spelled P.I.G. and voila! Ganon turned into a pig. rofl

He did. Ganon has to be the most popular and I think that it's because of OoT.
