Megagarius is a city ruled by law and chaos. Supper-villians and heros clash daily in the streets, causing property damages and deaths ignored by the majority of the populace. The city government does its best, setting its 'attack-dogs' of the law on the lesser criminals, living the super-powered villians to be dealt with.
But heros are becomign harder to come by, and crime is up, villians are coming out of the woodwork, and the surviviing heros have to be stronger than ever, nay, than any other hero before, in order to sustain a modicum of peace and stability in Megagarius.
Yet, their doom could be spelled out by a single action.
-Long live justice!- Said the hero.
-Long live freedom!- Said the villian.

Status:villans (though they are new in town)
Powers: Matthew conrols sound and can cause deafness, Grace creates illusions and can cause temporary blindness

Bio: They were born in a small town, but soon moved after they had one too many problems with the law. They found their way to the city and decided to make a name for themselves, not so much as petty theives, but more or less 'procurers' of fine goods for sale.
Appearance: (minus the wings)
Other: Matthew is sort of dark, while Grace is sort of prepy. They often use their powers to disguise their presense.

Name(plus secret identity): Khale Bellforest or Blaze
Status (hero, villan, neutral): Hero
Powers: Control of fire, complete mastery of her dog, Dart, whose skeleton was replaced with a very light but durable metal in a laboratory.
Age: Khale- 19 Dart- 2
Bio: Khale lived a normal life before she discovered her powers by accidentally burning herself. Then she turned to her own brand of vigilante justice- scaring bullies with firey magic tricks. She stumbled upon Dart after her accidentally wandered out of the lab as a puppy. She never returned him, and nobody went looking for him.

Other: Khale smokes, but uses whatever she's smoking as a weapon. She has a horrible fear of butterflies and will burn them on sight. Dart likes to chase them.
