The City of Light dwells deep inside the mountains. However these mountains are far away from Dragon Fang Mt. The only entrance is through a tunnel that leads down deep below the mountains to a large city of large white buildings and light. This is where the light dragons dwell if they are not in the Realm of Light where they originally come from. This is also where the other creatures come that are of light, or come for a safe haven from darkness or raids. The city walls have ruins about the past and what is happening in the present. There is a large library that holds the archives of every event that has happened in the world and other realms. Only one writes in these kind of books and that is one of the most ancient creatures whether dragon or other. Most make rumors that the lessor god Callin writes them. He who follows the Goddess Saya and does work that she has no time for. The city is larger than one imagination could ever be and is larger than any city in the entire world of Dranen.

Aiko was curled up in the courtyard outside the library. She was enjoyin the sunny day and soaked up the sunlight. She opened a sleepy eye and turned it toward the entrance to the great library. "Well did you find what you were looking for?"
Ferret sighed and shook her head. "Not very much. There was some there, but it was something I already had knowledge of." She walked over to Aiko and stood beside her, then jumped up to her back. "Well we went where I wanted to go. Where to?"
Aiko thought a moment, "I would like to return to the icelands. However there are some dragons at Dragonfang that I would like to see again." She had a thought and turned to Ferret. "Perhaps one of them could help you find it."
Ferret thought a moment then nodded in agreement, "Perhaps so."
Aiko stood up and stretched out, then jumped into the air and gave a mighty flap of her wings, then they were airborne. She then flew in the directon of the mountains and to their new destination.

Sharra left the shrine of the Goddess of Light and looked around outside til she found Cadoc sitting near the fountain, and walked over to him.
Cadoc didn't look up. "So?"
She kept silent for awhile and sat down next to him and sighed, "There have been disappearances."
When she said no more he glanced in her direction briefly and continued what he was doing. "They don't know the cause?"
She shook her head, "Nothing."
There was a long period of silence. "You are going home?"
Sharra sighed, "I don't know. I don't know if that would make a difference." She thought a moment, "The best thing to do would be to check up on them every now and then." She shrugged, then started walking towards the libraray.
Cadoc glanced her way as she stood up, then watched as she walked away.

Sharra walked over to the largest fountain in the city, located directly in the middle of the city itself and looked into the waters and sighed to herself and wondered. She sighed again and turned towards the dome shaped building to her right with large white pillars in the front that seemed to go straight up to the underground sky. She walked up the marble stairs to the great golden doors that stood open to the public and walked inside. She was greeted by a scholar there that she knew well. "How fairs your Headmistress Tika?" The scholar looked at her and bowed his head in greeting, "The Headmistress fairs well milady. If it is her you search for you need not look far." He pointed to the second level of the library to a particular shelf where a ancient elven woman stood replacing books back to their shelves. Sharra bowed her head in thanks and wished the scholar well, then headed for the stairs that led up to the second level and headed for the head of the library.
She turned her head towards the sound of approaching footsteps and smiled. "Greetings Sharra. How fare ye this day?" She paused, then turned fully to face Sharra fully, her white eyes staring at the place where Sharra stood, but not seeing. "Something troubles you."
Sharra stopped as she regarded the ancient blind one before her. "I fare well Milady. However...." She paused and sighed.
Tika held out her arm in the direction of her office quarters, "Come. We will speak in my office." She then moved to the rooms and waited for Sharra to enter and closed the door behind her. "Now, tell me what troubles you."

Cadoc moved from his place over to the fountain where Sharra previously was before going into the library. He sat down on the edge of the fountain and waited patiently. In the meantime looking around and the passersby and wondering. He had seen they're friends Aiko and Ferret here earlier, and wondered what it was they were looking for. But he didn't go up to them, didn't even let them know that he or Sharra were also here. He shrugged to himself and went back to his surroundings.

Cadoc had tired of waiting and had gone to walk around the city eventually going into a cafe and getting himself something to eat. When he came back out the sun was beginning to set and the sky beginning to darken. After watching the sun set he began to make his way back to the fountain to wait. A few moments later Sharra comes out with the Head mistress of the library following her.

"I'm sorry for your troubles child. I will set most of my scholars to the task of searching for what ye seek. If anything is found we shall send a messanger to ye immediately." Sharra bowed to the elder one, "Thank you Tika for all your help, it is greatly appreciated." Tika bowed her head, will you go to the place that we have spoke of?" Sharra nodded, "Yes I shall go there and hope that I may find some clues. Do you think I will find any answers there?" "I believe you may find some answers to the questions ye have." Sharra said her goodbyes then left to join Cadoc at the fountain. "We shall stay one more night, then tomorrow we shall gather our supplies and head out." She turned and headed in the direction of the inn they were staying at.
"I don't suppose you're going to tell me where we are going to?"
"I will tell you later." Was all she said as she turned a corner.
He wondered what Sharra and the elder one talked about for the most part of the day but only shook his head. Guess I'll find out later, if not then eventually

Sharra rarely slept that night, she was up most of the night wondering if she would find clues, if the scholars could find anything. Eventually she rolled over and had fallen asleep.

She awoke to the sun shining through the window and into her face. She got up and stretched, then went about preparing for their journey.
Cadoc had woke up long before the sun had risen and had gathered his things and left for the stables to retrieve their mounts and lead them back to the inn where he waited for Sharra. He sighed, Waiting. I'm always waiting. He shook his head and looked away, petting the horse's nose as it rubbed up against his face.
Sharra finally emerged from the inn carrying her pack and joined Cadoc. "All ready?" She loaded her pack onto a horse and mounted, waited as Cadoc mounted then headed to the city's gates.
"So when are you going to tell me where we're going? Or will I have to guess?"
Noticing the impatience in his voice she stopped the horse and turned to look at him. "I'm sorry for having to put you through all this waiting dear friend. But," She shifted in her seat, "When we leave the city I will tell you." He did not respond, she looked at him he only nodded to her to continue and she turned and did so.

They came to the only entrance, and exit, to the great underground City of Light. When they had finally passed through the gates Sharra kicked her horse to a faster pace as the tunnel continued its rise upwards.
