 At the top of the cliffs you can see the pacific ocean stretch for an eternity and the blazing sun rise from the east above the horizon. This is where the Reservation children often take cliff jumping, launching themselves from this incredible height down into the waves. There has been no reported deaths of this activity.

Leah sat on the edge of the cliff, putting her bag down and letting her legs hang over. She watched the sun set, letting its warmth reach her face. She let her hair down and felt the cool wind blow through and closed her eyes, enjoying the feeling of solitude.

 A white car was passing by and stopped. “You are difficult to find.” said a voice from inside the car. A door opened and Taylor exited it. “I searched for you at all the places I knew here at the reservation and the last one is where you are” he said smiling. His arm was hurting him but he was trying not to call the attention for that. He had cracked the plaster with a knife on his bedroom so his father couldn’t notice it and now when his body was getting colder the pain was worst. “I wanted to thank you for what you have done…I was so stupid! I didn’t know very well this beach yet and I shouldn’t have done that. So Thank you.” He said this last words looking to Leah’s eyes to see her reaction.
After a bit of silent he asked “And how did you manage to get me to the hospital?” his face was normal not expecting some weir explanation. Then he sat down next to his car relaxing looking to the Pacific Ocean “You know…this is my favorite place of all the Reservation” he said waiting for her to say something. “I own you one big favor.” He said smiling while his green eyes made a strange reaction with the sun that managed to pass through the grey clouds that were in front of it. “What a beautiful place. At least here those stupid girls from school don’t bother me…” he said with a pervert smile on his face.

Leah turned to see the car and she looked at it smugly, seeing Taylor step out of it. Suddenly, it seemed as if the center of gravity twisted under her. She gripped the edge of the cliff and closed her eyes, taking deep breaths. She could feel the air rush beneath her. "Um...no problem." She replied. "About the hospital, I carried you to my car and drove you there." She said all of this in one breath, having already prepared for the question. She placed her head in one hand, looking away from him. Leah could feel her heart beat faster, and she restrained herself from standing and moving towards Taylor. What the hell is this? She wondered. She gasped, her eyes widening. Don't tell me I just... Leah froze. Did she just imprint on Taylor?! She looked toward him, her expression soft. "Yeah, this place is great." She replied, holding herself back from making any physical contact with him.

“Oh your car…right! So thank you once more.” he said with a smile. When he looked to her his hearth moved faster making the blood so liquid that he had to hold on to his car so he didn’t fall into his knees. What was this? He asked himself. Then he looked back at Leah again but this time with a strange face. Not to speak on his arm his head was hurting like hell in that moment. He was trying to stop the flow of blood from his heart taking some deep breaths. The sensation was that every forces on the universe were pulling him towards Leah. Taylor did everything to fight against these forces but on the other side he knew that he wanted to be with Leah. But it was against its nature even think about getting a girl to the rest of his life. That was how he was feeling in that moment. After some time he gained forces to say: “Well…I’ve to go. M-My parents must be waiting for me to dinner.”. It was a lame excuse since the sun hadn’t set yet but it was the best thing that he could think of. He entered his car and the wheels made a terrible noise when he put his foot on the accelerator. [Exits to his house]

"Wai--!" Leah then stopped as she watched his car veer off, a bit confused herself. She couldn't help but be pulled to him, and it scared her for a moment. Why now? Why him? She couldn't help but be baffled at herself. How could she have done this?! She remembered what the act of imprinting really meant. Now, she had found her soulmate. In essence, they were linked to each other. No questions asked. And even if it is against either of our wills... She then stood up, grabbed her bag, and ran to follow him, trying to reason with herself and thinking of what to do next.
