Does a "tribute" count? In other words, dressed like the real deal - but UNFORTUNATLY NOT the real thing?

I'll share my experiance if you want...

I've heard of the guy but no it wasn't..
now for the details (of what I remember)

Originally I'm from New Orleans, La. One day I went to an 80's tribute air-party. I had never heard of an air-party but hey the ticket was free and I'd always loved various songs from that time.
The first few acts answered my question. The air part reffered to the fact that while the preformers dressed as those lip sync - for the most part they didn't actually play the instruments or sing.
Until Magic Dance.
And he WAS MAGIC.
Though it was distracting with the puppets popping up on either side (sock puppet goblins lol) he was a decent Jareth, looking more like a pirate in black leather and puffy shirt.
but when he went around the club having various members of the audiance. It was easy to see how Sarah feel under the spell of the real deal.
He had me join him in one of the refrains.
Slime and snails...
puppy dog tails -
Thunder and lightning..
and baby said...(Boo!)

I was coated in irridescent glitter.
And blushed from where he kissed my cheek.

Wow...

I know if he ever goes on tour anytime in the near future, Em will sell evrything we own just to score some tickets

And yes, your mom is totally lucky for seeing him in concert!!

I've been told that he is working on new material... so maybe a tour will follow. We can only cross our fingers and hope!!!!!!!

Wow, three times!! I would have died and gone to heaven if that was me!!!!
